Don't waste your money on this hotel. It's in pathetic situation, renovation going on inside and outside of the building. Full of useless staffs.

Please refund my money as i had pathetic experience at hotel. Its not even 500- worth. They had not even provided toiletries, water bottle and i paid small, smelly room with nothing in it, walls are dirty. Bathroom does not even having arrangments for cloth / towel hanging. bahut ghatiya hotel.

Rooms are small and not upto our expectations.lift start from first floor.its an oyo kind of hotel.Some Basic things we missed there like shop , exhaust fan, towel , water etc. .and construction is going on . which is not good while you are in hotel

Room was very small. And washroom was too much congested. I have booked a non ac deluxe room. Initially they had given us some other room and next day they shifted us to our room. Service was good. Location is very crowded you have to walk a apex 500-600 m to reach to this location after leaving your cab or auto. Overall i had a ok experience with pragya international.

Very good experience, staff, manager are very cooperative, location wise this place is very good as all temples are easily accessible from here. Very good place to stay as it is situated at main road, near main chouraha girijaghar, all temples, ghaat, vehicles are easily accessible from here, staff and manager are very cooperative, good for family, and groups also, good facilities in reasonably price also lift is available good for elderly people.

Hotel is under renovation so there was too much of noise. Room is in the worst condition. Geyser was not working so they gave us a different room to take bath. Pathetic! blankets were not clean at all. No ventilation in the room. Tv was not working. Strongly suggest not to stay here.

Hotel was located at girja ghar crossing not at godowlia
room was short in size such that it create a mess in washroom and bedroom
but night manager (an old uncle) was very kind and helpful in nature and they guided in such a good way
room service was not taken at par but at the time of checkout they asked for the extra money as room service. Overall average stay in lieu of rent for room, i feel it was extra according to size of room and it's amenities. Overall rating: 2 out of 5
