馬爾代夫酒店的環境都很優美，服務也很好！但有些細節不吐不快：1. 印度人非常喜歡去這個島，所以島上食物的整體風味可以想象！2. 島周邊風浪很大，水下很荒涼也沒什麼珊瑚和魚，不適合浮潛。3. 收費很貴，一瓶迷你可樂就要8美元，每噸飯基本都在500美元左右！4. 水上中心服務很差，自帶的備用浮潛氣瓶不給充氣，而馬代其他島之前有充過的！

這是光酒店的費用 水飛或者陸飛需要另外花錢 需要注意一下 另外一個槽點注意 在一日包兩餐 但是固定是早餐和午餐 這個沒説清楚 應該直接説早餐午餐 別説包兩餐 包餐的也還要注意 包餐可以點餐到房間吃 衹要一個29刀的類似送餐費 但是搞笑的是 小孩子的餐點到房間就需要付費了… 整個度假村沒有很大 純休閑可以的

My stay at the JW Marriott was short of surreal. I can say that this has been one of the best hotels ive ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by 20+ associates of the hotel and the manager herself (Baghyashree) with music and a welcome drink. Then we were presented to our butler for our stay, our friend Assan and were drived to our room where we checked in. From the moment we entered the room we knew we were in for a vacation of a lifetime. The breathtaking surroundings and impeccable service created an unforgettable experience. The overwater villa was a masterpiece of luxury, offering panoramic views of crystal-clear waters. The attention to detail, from personalized amenities impeccable service, exceeded all expectations. Big big shoutout to our butler Assan who was nothing but exceptional and serviceable. He took care of every little detail or request and for sure made our stay 10 times better. No matter the ask, he always delivered. Truly a class act! A special shoutout as well to Vishnu, our yoga and meditation instructor. His friendly demeanor added a remarkable dimension to our stay. His personalized sessions amidst the serene backdrop elevated our experience, making it truly exceptional. In summary, an unforgettable experience that we will cherish forever.

It’s hard to add to the many great reviews of this magical property. I’ll focus on the people, we were treated like old friends by everyone who we met and it was the amazing hospitality of everyone at the property who really made it feel like a private paradise. Special thanks to Chef Bir Yardav whose menu and vision impressed us every day with new versions of South Asian food with an amazing presentation and taste. Special thanks Affan, Munissa, Janice, Ihsan and the many others who made the stay unforgettable. A special person was Vishnu whose sunset and sunrise yoga will stay with us forever. An amazing trip.

This resort surpassed every expectation for us! Everything about it was magical— the food, the service, the villa, and the beauty. My entire family has never been so relaxed. Even though we went during rainy season, the weather was really nice. I believe we had 2 days of on and off rain over the course of our 7 night stay. The transportation via seaplane to and from was efficient and well planned. I have to expand on the outstanding service! Every single one of the staff members did everything in their power to make sure we were happy at all times. A special thank you to amazing Asadu, who did an incredible job attending to our villa. It was always immaculate and he took much time attending to our needs and requests. By the end of our stay, we felt like he was part of our family! We also had a wonderful personal butler, Kaushar, who was so very helpful, attentive and kind the entire stay. The resort had excellent food and some wonderful waiting staff at the restaurants, including Viaam. We are very happy with our decision to stay there and will definitely be returning!!

My husband and I flew to the Maldives to stay at the JW Marriott Maldives. It exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we arrived in Male and were greeted by the lounge staff to the moment we arrived on the resort - everyone was genuinely happy, respectful, thoughtful and engaging. Our Thakuru (Ruslan) was humble, gracious, friendly, kind, knowledgeable and literally gave us the royal treatment with a smile each and every day. Ruslan’s sense of humor and above all attention to every detail - was the cornerstone of our trip. Chef Yadav and his culinary team and the personalized attention we received was beyond incredible. We went on a culinary journey that quite honestly we didn’t know to expect. Every pairing, every dish, every meal was an experience beyond our imagination. The food was outstanding. Literally, every meal was better than the next. The passion and commitment to the food followed through in every single bite. Chef Yadav interacted with the guests (and us) on multiple occasions. I cannot begin to express how we savored every bite. We saw people from all over the world celebrating him and clapping and cheering on his team. I saw this on multiple occasions. Malaz and his infectious enthusiasm for food and dining - transplanted us to another level. The beauty of our experience with him was that he literally was in love with his job and the way he explained what the food was and how it tasted - just drew us into the exploration. We ate food that we never had and savored every moment. Feruza was so kind and thoughtful when we would see her at Aila - we felt we knew her forever. Chef Perry and Chef Jayson created delights that are still lingering on our palates. The staff at the spa Dia, Vishnu and Tana (sorry if I’m misspelling her name) had hands made of magic. The spa was serene, tranquil, fragrant and left us feeling rejuvenated. Vishnu’s passion for Yoga and his holistic approach to mind, body and soul was truly divine. JWMM significantly exceeded our expectations. Our 20th wedding anniversary was one for the books. Never have we experienced this level of detail - down to such a granular level. We will never forget the staff who made us feel like we were the only ones at the resort. Forever grateful. Saleha

This place is not cheap! It comes with a prize, but it lives up to your expectations. The entire staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and courteous. The service was fantastic. Our waiters and waitresses at Aaliya and all the other restaurants including Janice, Cindy Eliza, and the rest were incredible, helpful and friendly. The yoga instructor Vishnu is fantastic and if you have a chance, please do a sunrise or sunset yoga with him. The photographer is also fantastic and took some incredible pictures. The complimentary print that he gave us was amazing. In the evenings, the entertainment program at Aliya restaurant was brilliant. Anna and her colleague Matt played incredible music. Anna has a golden voice and an infectious personality that beats most singers and entertainers . We enjoyed every night, listening to them entertain us. The Tepanyaki chef, Navit, did an amazing show for us at the Japanese restaurant. The housekeepers came and cleaned our place three times a day. Truly five star. I would advice not doing a half board but instead doing a la carte as it is much cheaper than half board. Keep it up everyone. You have a gem here. We will be back!!!

We are just returning from our Maldives Christmas at the JW Marriott Resort &Spa. First don’t let the distance by sea plane put you off . TMA and JW Marriott take care of everything. From the private lounge in Seaplane terminal to your departure onboard a cute sea plane . We had one drop off of passengers at a resort , which took about 5 mins then were on our way to JW Maldives. Our return flight was direct. On arrival you are greeted by the Management Team and Staff. You are assigned a personal butler for your stay. Affan kindly looked after us. I have to mention his attention to detail, kindness , professionalism and manor was exemplary. A great brand ambassador for JW Marriott! Accomadation we stayed in a sunrise beach for a few nights . Beautiful too watch the sun appear in the morning. Villas are lovely and decking, private pools that lead onto your own part of the beach. Sunrise side we noticed the sea is a little rougher . Sunset side our Villa had stunning views and the sea was calmer with softer sand! If you are able to I would suggest Sunset side. Our last few nights were on an overwater villa duplex, our sons was facing the ocean and ours was facing the lagoon. These are stunning and I would also say very well sound proofed from the noise of the sea, a previous resort stay villas were very noisy . All the rooms have lovely amenities, soft towels and the obligatory bath robe. Beach bags, flip flops and slippers were a welcome touch. House keeping were attentive and to an excellent standard . The Spa setting is truly magical and I had probably one of the best massages ever . It’s was amazing and totally eased my stiff neck. Onto dining. All the restaurants are off and exceptional quality. 3 open for lunch and 3 for evening. The Thai is set in a tree house with wooden rope bridge and tables at different elevations . Food is truly exquisite here. The Japanese restaurant we enjoyed their Teppanyaki twice . Jason one of the chefs is a true master . Outdoor seating has lovely views. Breakfast buffet is well worth pulling yourself out of bed . The selection, quality and presentation is top class. Special thanks to Ali who always looked after us and also Janice. We also got to know the management team who are always attentive and genuinely caring. ‘B’ thank you for coming to our rescue one night and immediately sorting the blip out for our son. Christmas Eve entertainment with the gala dinner was brilliant. Food as expected was delicious and presented beautifully. Overall a truly fantastic island. Great for young kids and teenagers . Thank you everyone for making our Christmas 2023 perfect.

We absolutely loved staying in JW Marriott in Maldives. The whole staff is amazing, especially our beloved butler Saddaam, who was always one message away and arranged everything for us, always being so so kind to our 2yo daughter. Everybody is so helpful, and Elisa and Janice at the Aailaa restaurant were always ready to accommodate us in the best possible way. Food was so good in all the restaurants around the island. The kids club is one of the best we’ve seen, with a big space outdoors for the little ones to play. Our beach pool villa was very comfortable and spacious, very tidy at all times, with everything we needed. We had the most spectacular experience staying at JW and we look forward to come back next year!
