In general hotel was nice, swimming pool accessible and clean, breakfast simple but ok, rooms big enough, just strange room service - during our stay of three nights they did not change any towel not a single time - not the wet one on floor, not others with visible dirt on them. Restaurant first evening seemed very good, on second - much less, my meat was not well done even after I sent it back. Menu was rather limited and they forgot to mention the special offer to us (we would probably choose that). Third evening we eat on other place. In general - I would like to return to the region but will look for another hotel.

We enjoyed the stopover at the clos de Bruyere. It was a lovely start to our holidays, so that we will put ourselves in contact with you to book our stay again for next year. Thank you very much for the pleasant stay.

Very kind staff. Breakfast was good. Picknick was very good, especially the service of the cooled bag. Rooms are ok, bed and airconditioning are good, bathroom and toilet are a little to small. It was nice to relax at the pool. And the honesty bar is conveniant. Possibilty to charge electric cars is a big advantage. We wil recommend this hotel.

Great place. Close to the village of Vallon. Nice swimming pool. Free parking. In the Center of the Ardèche. Great breakfast and staff that makes you feel welcome. Drinks in the lobby. Quiet and safe.

Clean and modern. Friendly staff. Good air con and proper beds - no sofa beds. Some UK tv channels. Close to town and kayaking and river. Honesty fridge at sensible prices.

A refaire super week-end. L établissement et très bien situé et très organisé .L organisation et génial .un accueil chaleureux et sympathique. Nous sommes satisfait de notre séjour à refaire sans hésiter.

A lovely welcome, very clean, smiling faces from all the staff and management, very comfortable room and hotel facilities. Great breakfast and the restaurant service and quality of food was very good. Swimming Pool was a good size, warm and clean. Location superb, close to the river and the canoeing, relatively easy walk in to Town and easy driving route through the Gorge

The risotto tasted not good and my cocacola glass was served broken. Breakfast had almost only sweets. No cheese or other things. The madam at the desk was very friendly. Room was clean. Not much more to say
