Worst hotel ever, located in a shady neighbourhood, 40 minutes walk to city centre. Dirty rooms, facilities falling apart, and owner accuses you of vandalism. Breakfast very poor. Not recommended. A shame for Ushuaia.

A very nice little hotel. Clean and good breakfast. Quiet. Not central. Taxi will cost about $1.8 USD to downtown, around 5 min. helpful reception

Hi,
I reserved the hotel and paid online. At the property, I had to pay again. Now I am going back and forth to get a refund. Although I got a receipt, now it seems Hotel is claiming I pid nothing.

Arrivee a l’hotel : pas attendu
Le personnel ne parle pas anglais
Il n’y a plus d’eau dans l’hotel
On me fait comprendre qu’il faudrait mieux
J’insiste .....l’eau revient
La veille de mon depart, on me demande une facture 25 pour cent plus cher que la reeservation. Le receptioniste ne comprend pas l’anglais. Finalement, preuve a l’appui, je lui montre le montant prevu. Il accepte, je paye. Le lendemain matin, la proprietaire me reclame un supplement de 20 pour cent. Je lui montre le montant de la reservation et ce que j’ai paye. Elle est furieuse mais elle accepte
Les proprietaires ne sont pas presents. Le personnel fait ce qu’il peut pour faire fonctionner cet hotel qui se t4ouve tres loin de la ville.

Muy buena opción para aloj****, habitación cómoda y bien equipada. Enorme baño con hidromasaje. Cordial y precisa atención de Elena . Combina un aspecto familiar pero con un gran desayuno y tranquilidad Nada que envidiar a los grandes hoteles.

La dueña es una mala onda total. Nos ahogaba la calefacción y el empleado la llamaba por teléfono y no daba solución. Malísima la atención. El desayuno bastante pobre. Lo único bueno, la atención de la empleada que nos recibió cuando llegamos👎👎

Tengo 81 años. Estuve muy bien atendido. Andrea y su personal excelentes. Está ubicado al pie del glaciar Martial. , Zona muy tranquila. Sin ruidos. Normalmente iba caminando al centro. Menos de 35 minutos. Desayuno buffet muy bueno. Tiene parada de taxis a 50 metros. El viaje hasta el aeropuerto en febrero 2022 $500 Todo positivo. Muy contento con mi estadía...hasta tiene jacucci en los baños
