Ich würde das Hotel definitiv nicht weiter empfehlen. Für ein Hotel in der Preisklasse sollte man, ohne Vorankündigung, nicht eine Late Check-un Gebühr bezahlen müssen. Da wir nach 21:00 Uhr angereist sind wurde uns das beim check in mitgeteilt. Wir hatten nie eine Bestätigung mit der Preisangabe erhaten, auch wenn uns die Empfangsmitarbeiter uns sagten und es bis zur Abreise nicht belegen konnten.
Das Personal hat sich sehr unprofessionell und schon fast frech benommen. Italienische Gastfreundschaft sieht für mich definitiv anders aus. Aus den 25 € Strafe für späte Ankunft wurde dann nach unserer Abreise sogar 50.- Euros verbucht, obwohl wir nur 1 Zimmer gebucht hatten!!!
Bei 250 € für ein Standard Zimmer gibt es kein kostenloses Wasser oder Kaffee im Zimmer, was bei einem 2 Sterne Hotel bereits norm ist. Omelette oder Orangensaft werden beim inklusiven Frühstück zusätzlich berechnet. Totale Abzocke. Nie wieder. Sie finden außerhalb von Como für den gleichen Preis bessere Hotels und vorallem keine unfaire und unwahre Geschäfzspraktiken.
Meiden sie das Hotel.

Overall, really wonderful resort. The only problem I had was the lack of the hotel to help with transportation. Anytime I asked about getting a taxi or how to get to the resort, it was always just kinda “we can check” but no follow through. The restaurant and breakfast were AMAZING. The rooms were beautiful. The employees were awesome.

I don’t understand the 4.3 rating of the hotel. Tenuta is truly SPLENDID! The beautiful building of the hotel is located in a green hill with magnificent views. We stayed in a super clean and spacious room with private balcony, sofa and equipped with a coffee maker so that you can enjoy the views with a nice espresso! Also the spa area was very relaxing with a large indoor swimming pool, 2 saunas and 2 hammams if i remember correctly. Finally we enjoyed both the breakfast and the dinner, especially the dinner was well prepared, excellent flavors , tasty wine and very elegant decor! I will surely return! Ps: i could use a soap bar in the room’s bathroom

The hotel has nice spa - wonderful pool and suna area. breakfast is excellent - the dinner (paid) we excellent - room is clean and - staff are friendly. It is in the nature nothing near the hotel.the village is about 10 min down the mountain. Good for relaxation

The place was misleadingly advertised on *******, especially the Pool & Spa is not included! Moreover, the hotel does not provide handsoap in their rooms, the double bed was rather uncomfotable due to an uneven mattress and the room was full of blinking lights to operate the "smart-home" functionalities. All in all, the main concern of the hotel staff seems to focus on the imposition of additional charges for anything that does not qualify as "life support". Seriously, not even an ibis budget hotel charges you with extra fees for orange juice for breakfast! On the other hand, the installations and furnishing were top-class and everything was perfectly clean.

I didnt like that I had to pay for swimming if i didnt use the spa (€40pp).
Staf in the restaurants was underperforming and the manager was rude. send a salade back that didnt have dressing containing large chunks of raw carrot and other ingredients, not in standard Manager didnt agree. Spa staff was perfect.

Highly recommend, the team were professional, helpful, polite and welcoming. Location is peaceful with a wonderful view, definitely would return.
Tenuta De L'Annunziata - Natural Relais keep up this level of customer service and maintenance of the property.

Restaurant ok but nothing special. First course lasagne faraona was good, the duck not at all up to the expectations cheese plater boring. Rooms are lovely, surroundings beautiful. Reception not welcoming. Somebody should be at he entrance to welcome guests not not just sitting behind the desk
