I went for dinner on 24th Feb 2024. I ordered food and was waiting for food to arrive for about an hour. Even after asking the restaurant ***ager about the food, more than 4 times, I didn't get any response from him, not even a polite word of concern mentioning "the food would be ready". Infact he saw me calling him more than 4 times but didn't come forward to even respond. Infact, I've been to this place since it was open. I would never visit this place hereafter. The owner of this place is a very nice ***. The whole city knows him. But the staff's gestures and behaviour spoils this entire beautiful property's experience. Above all, I care for the owner's reputation. I will never visit this place hereafter.

Staff are good at their service and very polite. Nice place to stay. Maintaining of rooms are good. All amenities that they mentioned in their catalog are maintaining by staffs

We had a family get together at our place and was feeling extremely happy. Good and polite staffs. Awesome property and amenities. Good maintenance by the staff. Rooms were neat and clean. Had a wonderful stay with SATHYA team.

Sathya's property and location, surrounded by the environment was calm and peaceful. There were private cottages, a well maintained swimming pool and the suite rooms have windows with personal balcony view of the park. Good place to talk a walk around in the morning, with several amenities namely. The staff was hospitable and served well, even fulfilled small demands such as providing a raw rice bowl for damaged phone. They made on impromptu arrangements for extra cot. Overall, a comfortable experience.

Everything was good and the food was amazing, the only issue is that the tv unit in the room is really old and flickering.

I had an exceptional experience at Sathiya Park & Resorts! The customer service was top-notch, and the food was absolutely excellent. The place was impeccably clean and neat, and the morning breakfast was delightful. The staff's behavior was commendable, especially under the leadership of Mr. Sudalai Muthu, the Operations Manager. I highly recommend this resort; it truly offers an international standard of service. If I could, I would give it a 5+++ rating on Google. Overall, my stay was good. The rooms were spacious and the staff was courteous and helpful. We enjoyed the open lawn restaurant for dinner.
