We loved everything. From the valet parking to the service on the beach. Actually had one of our best meals in Mexico for lunch… Most of all the people that work here make you feel special, welcomed and pampered. A special “bravo” to María!! Wonderful woman. Also an applause to Walter. We’re not hotel guests but have been here at the beachclub a couple of times. Definitely coming back when in Tulum and will advise friends and family to stay in this resort.

I went here with some friends on our first trip to Tulum. We were helped by some very helpful guests, one being named Rafael. If you want a somewhat affordable, organized time on the beach, I highly recommend this place for those visiting when they come.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay. The hotel is beautiful and rooms are very roomy and luxurious- the entire staff was very welcoming- Rafael and his beachside margaritas were especially amazing! Will definitely come back to this property in Tulum

Maria and Gustavo were amazing. I couldn’t belive how great the service was. Every meal we had at the resort they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Of course,The resort was great! However, Maria and Gustavo made the experience what it was

Our morning breakfast was spectacular we were served by Maria and William. We had the omelette and the fruit bowl. Everything was prepared to our liking and was brought out quickly. They were kind and sweet. The views are definitely a plus would highly recommend.

Aldo, Maria, Andres and everyone else were so friendly and attentive! The service was great in every way! We will definitely return! The room was incredible and very private with very easy access to the beach, restaurants and spa. Melissa, Pau and Melanie were awesome, also! We cannot recommend Ana Y Jose enough!

We had a wonderful day and experienced excellent service from Rolando! He was so attentive with anything that we needed - drinks, food, towels etc. We ordered a pepperoni pizza to share - highly recommend, it was delicious. Thank you for your amazing service Rolando, we had the most relaxing day!

We had a very pleasent day at Ana y Joses Beach Club. Very good Deep House music but not too loud, comfortable Beach beds (both shadow or sun possible) and very friendly and kind staff, especially our waiter Rafael!! We went on a monday, the min consumption was around 60 USD p.P. (almost every beach club in Tulum hast them and the Clubs do dynamic pricing depending on season and weekday) . We had a some drinks and two main dishes so overall the price ist quite good. Would totally go there again!

My husband and I came during down season in May. It was perfect because we were looking for a relaxing vacation! The free breakfast was a plus! It wasn’t just continental we got to also order from the menu and it was included with our stay! Melissa who is the manager greeted us every day. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The beach area was amazing and the cute pool! This place is in a good area and we were able to walk to a few different restaurants! I would stay here again! I would stay here again! If you want a quiet place and relaxing place you found it! If you want to check out the scene at Taboo to change it up a bit you can and you can walk there too!
