Отель не соответствует цена качество, я имею ввиду сам отель , номера , общая зона и тд, всё старое и изношенное.
Сервис хороший, персонал доброжелательный. Но отель не стоит этих денег.

The service at maxanab was top notch! The whole staff made you feel like home and very friendly. The amenities are beautiful and very clean. Looking forward to book again for my next trip to Tulum.

We had an amazing few days at Maxanab. The staff was incredibly gracious and made us feel at home. The grounds and rooms are beautiful, situated on the beach within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Highly recommend the spa and their variety of massages. We look forward to visiting again!

This perfect if you are looking for a quiet vacation. This property is good for relaxing without many distractions. The staff was very nice and the food was really good.

Stayed here for a week. Everything was great. Property is beautiful and clean. Food and service were amazing. Beach is always cleaned up from sea****. Highly recommend staying here

I don’t usually write reviews but I love our time there at Hotel Ma’xanab. The staff is very nice and friendly. It is also very personalized. One of us got sick and the hotel really stayed attentive and helped out a lot. It was a great experience. I would definitely come back. Also the hotel has 1 restaurants but I would say the food is healthy and good. The menu still has Mexican and Mayan cuisine but very healthy choices. Definitely recommend this to anyone.

I almost hesitate to write a review because I want to easily be able to book again! This hotel was beyond our expectations. The restaurant was incredible, service extremely attentive, aesthetics were perfect. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to come back!
