在雨林裏，環境還不錯，當然蚊子也多…飲食一般吧，不驚艷也不算難吃，服務我覺得蠻一般的，不太主動積極而且會比較經常打擾休息，隔音也不好，大半夜或者大清早的被吵醒過好幾次，最不喜歡的是把好幾衹海豚囚禁在一個小小的泳池裡…總之是非常商業化沒有什麼人情味的酒店

It was our first time in such a big hotel and found a great Price-performance ratio.
Everything is on site: amazing beaches (two small ones with service, long stretches of wonderful beaches without service for walking, lagoons for snorkeling, Spa, Delphin show, botanical garden trail, lots of wildlife [unfortunately some tourists do not care about the signs posted everywhere not to feed the animals, which leads to obvious problems. But the hotel management shows great effort to keep the environment natural].
Do not expect the haute cuisine from a luxury boutique hotel or an adult only 4* or 5* hotel, but there are two excellent restaurants and a GREAT coffee shop with extremely friendly staff.
Good management! Thanks for all the special arrangements to help us enjoy a great time.

I am somewhat disappointed in this property. They have it set up so that you have to see a concierge to book anything like a la cartes, the spa etc and once they do that the concierge's main focus is to try to get you to attend a sales pitch for their vacation club. I wanted to book a massage and the concierge offered it for free for 1.5 hours of our time to listen which we agreed to but that ended up being half a day of our vacation because they won't take no for an answer and then when it came to my "free" massage it wasn't even the one I wanted him to book for us it was obviously the "free" version. But I could of course upgrade to the one that I was told was being booked for us in the first place. Service staff however were very friendly and helpful. Property needs maintenance. On our last day we woke to a bunch of water on the bathroom floor from a pipe leaking in the ceiling. Maintenance came but didn't remove damaged plaster and a big chunk of the roof came crashing down almost on my head and since we were checking out they didn't seem to care. Food was nothing special even at the a la carte selections.

The property had something for all ages, monkeys, other animals,pools, beach was unique as can see fish and snorkel from shore.

Interesting local wildlife. Snorkeling from the beach is possible.
Quiet pool is wonderful when you’re tired of the loud music at activity pools. Lazy river relaxing. Barbecue on the beach very quickly serves hamburgers, bbq opens early compared to other resorts. Thus is good! I’m hungry by 11am, thank you for grilling early!
Lots of beach chairs, available, because you can never have enough beach chairs since folks ‘reserve’ with towels all day but rarely use chairs (why do that?).
Food is a wide variety. Booking specialty restaurants easy with Concierge in lobby good computer system. Wifi at hotel works most of the time.

This might have been the best all inclusive vacation I’ve ever been on. The staff, the hotel cleanliness the abundance in dining options. Edgar the resort manager the head of it all was absolutely amazing. The resort is beautiful and the people are so friendly and willing to help. I will say the overnight concierge was a bit rude but you’ll run into people like that wherever you go. Everything else was fantastic from the shows to the pools to the cute animals running around the resort. The dolphin show was a great experience as well. My son lost his phone near the kids club and Edgar and his team of people searched high and low from 8-10pm to find it and bring it to him.I don’t usually go back to the same place twice, but I will be going back to Grand sirenis. My sister has already booked a trip to this resort for august. Thank you Edgar and team our stay was nothing short of amazing!

Grand Sirenis was amazing.
Food was great. Even in the evenings after hours food was good. Tacos on the beach were my favourite. The el carte was all really good.
Staff was amazing. Except for the head host at the Thai/meditarianian restaurant. He was just kinda unfriendly. But that is not stopping me from giving 5 star.
If you ever meet Edgar. He is management. He would greet you at every restaurant. We didn’t have a reso for the Japanese restaurant. Which we really wanted to go to. And he got us in. Anything we needed he tried his best. Best service I have ever got from anyone at the resort. He had a counterpart lady who also helped. She was just amazing I just couldn’t remember her name. The management was great.
We came in late. And they were happy to oblige us on switching to a king size bed. Amazing service.
Entertainment was entertaining hahab. All the shows my young kids loved.
Pools were amazing my kids never got bored.
This place is amazing.
