The hotel is in a good condition and the location is in the heart of city center. The gym for a hotel this size is a joke. People outside the area were singing well after midnight disturbing the sleep. The bar service is poor. Will stay in Ibis next door for a lot less money, similar location and facilities.

This hotel is not only very well located, it also has a cozy a**osphere that makes you feel at home. Rooms have very comfy beds and pillows so you'll get a great quality of sleep here. The service is excellent, in both the bar and the restaurant. We enjoyed the Chris**as decorations and the common areas, this is a hotel with soul and personalit. We walked from here to the Chris**as market and multiple museums. The only point that needs improvement is the breakfast, the coffee was average, limited bread selection and no pancakes or waffles, I have been to cheaper hotels with better breakfast. Parking is conveniently located and decently priced. We celebrated our wedding anniversary here and the overall experience was great so we definitely will back to this hotel as we want to use the spa next time.

Definitely would recommend to stay. Very helpful staff, clean rooms and continental breakfast. Location is in the city center near old town so you can go by foot everywhere.I think it is also a good hotel to stay with family.

Fantastic location. Friendly people. Would definitely recommend to others that might travel to Trier. Great central location to everything worth seeing. Walking distance to the Haup**arkt. Only thing I would say is the shower maintenance. The shower head wouldn't stay where you wanted it to stay.

Walking distance to everything downtown. Beautiful rooms, great ambiance in the hotel dining room and bar. The hotel was wonderful. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing. There were great restaurants within walking distance. Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking. The food was good. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff is nice and the rooms are very clean. However if you are coming here for business and plan on doing any work online in your room, look elsewhere. I have traveled to some truly remote places in the world and I have never come across hotel WiFi that is worse than this. You will be pressed to get much more than 2-3 MB of download speed. Truly appalling and staggering for this to be an issue in 2023.

Beautiful room but unfortunately it smelled like sewage for the majority of our stay. We also never got any WiFi in the room during the three days we stayed there. The staff didn’t seem to care and said if I really needed internet I could just sit in the lobby.
