Hotel simplesmente perfeito !
Atendimento super cordial, atencioso e gentil, todos os funcionários super dispostos a entregar a melhor experiência!
Café da manhã delicioso, com certeza o melhor q já tivemos no Brasil.
Quarto lindo, moderno e aconchegante com uma varanda e rooftop incríveis.
Área da piscina e praia com vistas lindas.
Disponibilidade de bicicletas foi super bacana.
Saímos do hotel com desejo de voltar em breve.

The rooms we had, was below expectations. No view, lacking of light, a lot of humidity in the room and very small. The access by road is in an extremely bad condition! In case of rain, the road is swept away….. The pool area is nice, but the service was a bit invisible. Quality of food was okay. The SPA is very good. The hotel is maximum a 4 star.

Overrated and overpriced resort wannabe. Nature and location are great, villa ideas good but they extremely dark and very basic. Absolutely nothing luxurious inside The gym are one big nice , but almost empty space. For a resort you expect more activities. Services are very up down and extremely individual. Guest relation persons are super cool and tried their absolute best to make your stay great and battle to help with mistakes from colleagues.

This place is truely unbelievable and without a doubt the best in Brazil and among the best in the world for whom values comfort & luxury but also contact with nature like me. The beach of the hotel is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen and the hotel sits among a fantastic lush garden were the villas integrate perfectly. A true garden of eden by the sea full of maritacas, the little brazilian parrots, flying around ! Service is unbelievable everywhere . Professional with Bahianese soul ! What I particularly love is space. Even if the hotel is full, one is never bothered by other people as the place is huge. The main pool is gigantic and there are two or three others ( I am not sure) . The main restaurant is pure Fasano style elegance with the perfect discreet chic light at night whilst the beach restaurant by the beach is simply awsome : bare feet to eat a grilled fish looking at Itapororoca beach whilst listening to an amazing dj ( Monika the last time I was there ). Pure bliss and unique !!!

Impressionante! Não existe um lugar melhor em Trancoso do que o Fasano. Principalmente se você tiver a felicidade de ser atendido pela Andreia na praia. Fantástico. Super recomendo, tudo muito bom e deliciosamente acolhedor, boa comida e bebida idem.

Neste dia, optamos por conhecer o Hotel Fasano Trancoso e a nossa Pousada nos levou para curtirmos esse dia. Fomos bem recepcionados e direcionados para o ambiente da praia aonde ficamos desfrutando de um ambiente agradável, praia ótima, ducha e toalhas maravilhosas. Os funcionários são atentos e atenciosos. Almoçamos um ótimo prato e tivemos uma ótima tarde. Para ser completo, o horário de abertura da praia deveria ser mais cedo e não somente a partir das 11h. Obrigado.

Hotel muito exclusivo. Atendimento excelente, Destaque para a gerente Lu e os atendentes da praia Mateus e Adrian. Paisagem maravilhosa e ambiente completo. Cheio de Jacarezinho e bichinhos nos caminhos. Comemoramos 25 anos de casados, foi tudo perfeito.

Fomos jantar em família no hotel Fasano Trancoso. Foi uma experiência bem desagradável. Os drinks não tinham sabor, totalmente aguados. Os pratos de Lagosta do meu filho e do meu marido cheirava amônia. O camarão do meu bobó estava mole, cheiro muito forte de amônia e gosto amargo. Sinais de decomposição. Pedi para trocar, veio igual . Pedimos de sobremesa quindim, estava duro e sem gosto, parecia doce de avião. Fiquei com pena dos hóspedes que eram obrigados a fazer as refeições no hotel, afinal ele fica bem longe do Quadrado. Não recomendo a hospedagem.
