This charming cottage is a haven tucked off of Folly Road. Only 5 minutes from Folly Beach and 8 minutes from downtown historical Charleston.The porch over looks a large back yard that is framed in by four majestic Grand Oaks that are draped with Spanish Moss, hence how the cottage was named.
