"As many other guests have mentioned, the staff’s friendliness, professionalism, and warm smiles were truly outstanding.
We booked a town-view room, so we had already given up expecting any ocean view. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find that our room still offered a view of the sea.
The hotel is conveniently located, with many restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. Our room was on the second floor, but we were hardly bothered by any noise at night.
The front desk staff were also very helpful in arranging a rental motorcycle and a van for our return trip. The prices were fair, and the process was easy and convenient.
This was truly a wonderful hotel with an exceptional team of staff. Thank you very much for making our stay so enjoyable."
"The sea at Nacpan in the early morning is a blue-grey colour, not dull grey but textured, almost like matte glass. The light comes slowly over the mountains and spreads across the water. I joined the free morning yoga class the resort offers, on the beach, which was very comfortable.
One small frustration: not enough storage in the villa. Not many shelves or hooks, so camera gear and clothes had nowhere to go. The suitcase stayed open on the floor the whole time, which gets awkward in a small space. If you’re bringing a lot, just know that going in.
The room has a coffee machine and mini fridge, but I still liked walking to the restaurant. Head out before sunset, lie on a sun lounger, have dinner, then wander back slowly. The stars at night were more than I expected."
"We stayed only one night, but have been warmly welcomed. Nice and clean hotel, although it was terrible weather (storm) there was no issue (flooding or leakage), the room was comfortable, with good size and arrangement.
Breakfast can be taken with a very nice view on the beach (careful, it’s not the best beach of the area).
Team welcomed us warmly, there are restaurants (TAAS worth it) all around which makes a good location overall (trip in tricycle to the town is always funny)."
"Unlimited wifi connection from rooms to lobby & pool which I liked the most... The staff too is very approachable from front desk staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping staff, and guards... Highly recommended hotel...
Yung pool lng I hope MA improve PA ang maintenance, importante kc na malinis palagi ang water Para ganahan maligo ang guest...nong time n kmi ang naligo not nice na, madumi na Cia... But all in all amazing hotel p din...
Till next time Villa Israel Ecopark... ❤️❤️❤️"
"Cute bungalows on a remote island. However, we had to wait for 1:40hr for our lunch, and the buffet which cost almost a 1000 pesos ran out of food and had very limited vegetarian options. Most of the ”community” vibe was greatly diminished due to about 20 people from a tour group that already knew each other showed up, which created a very segregated feeling. We also had some form of animal poop all over our bed, which the staff just tried to explain away as dirt from the roof. We had to convince them to give us a new room. Plus points for them helping out and arranging a transfer for the clothes we forgot on the island!"
"We stayed here for 8 nights and had an amazing experience starting from my first emails with the resort before our arrival until our last day. The entire team delivered truly excellent service and the small but beautiful resort felt very intimate and super friendly. They even made us a personalised present and decorated our room beautifully for our anniversary. The resort is well looked after,
peaceful and has a great sunset view with happy hour ;)
Special thanks to Diana, Kay, Jessel and Jeya for being the friendly faces greeting and welcoming us every day!"
"What a wonderful stay at Buko Beach Resort. Close tricycle ride to the hustle and bustle if you wish. This resort is peaceful if you want to relax next to the beach. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable with all the amenities that you need. The staff are so friendly and helpful they will assist you anyway they can to make your stay convenient. The food tastes great and there are a variety to choose from while you enjoy the Seaview. They arrange island trips for you and can also arrange SPA treatments for you in your room which is devine and so convenient.
Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to El Nido."
"Located just north of the main town and boat departure beach. Complimentary 24-hour tuktuk service, but walking only takes 15 minutes or so. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Room was nice and A/C worked well. Bed and pillows were a little firm, but reasonably comfortable. Included breakfast is good.
Resort is divided into 3 parts. Cadlao 1, 2, and 3. 1 is at the entrance, 2 is next, and 3 is the farthest away (but still only a few minutes walk). 3 is also the most secluded, which might make it a little quieter.
J Benito tour agency is directly across from the entrance, if you want to schedule tours."
