Deja vu, 富春山居， the owner/ real estate magnate 浙江绿城 adroitly replicated 富春 design, a 2.0 version, to build this idyllic resort. Situated on the top of a 800 m height mountain overlooking an unknown lake, wonderful surroundings, perfectly for summer retreat. 绿城 religiously 对标 business tycoon Jack Ma's 富春， wowed! The hotel staffs relentlessly carry their smiling to answer all inquiries. The culinary - the Japanese shabu shabu and indigenous dishes are tasty. The management may consider to offer "1泊二食" package - the traditional Hosinoya Way. The merit is not only to secure its daily dinner business but also properly control kitchen inventory procurement given inconvenient trasportation. The day I left, experiencing the incessant drizzling. My mood was lingering on the misty mountain/valley vibes, I sotto voce, "is this lost horizon? ShangriLa…" I check out with an indelible Chinese Valentine's Day staying, a spice of life. Ciao.

Celebrated the New Year at this hotel, the rooms were pleasant with an amazing view of the mountain. But what was best was the amazing service I recieved at this hotel. 小范 at the front desk was eager to help every time I required assistance, and generally the staff at the front desk / lobby area were great. Not to mention, the 房务总监 swarmly assisted me out of the hotel with providing all kinds of help , which was nothing I had experience before at any other hotel. This hotel and the team deserve high praise. 👏🏻

Highly recommended! Excellent attention to detail in every bit. Special mention to the designer and GM for making a dreamy ambience, the incense, the lighting and the set up overall is perfect. Only needed improvement would be the kitchen capacity/timing and the dinning restaurant itself, I would recommend to open the breakfast area for dining as it’s nicer and matching expectations of the the dining experience in such as nice hotel.

Had a fantastic stay. From the welcome drink to checkout, we were well taken care of. We even got an upgrade to a suite, which was great for our family. Appreciated the free non-alcoholic drinks in the minibar. Great view from the room. A wonderful resort for rest and relaxation amid the beauty of Tiantai Shan. Our package also included a photo shoot with 3 free photos (although we ended up buying additional photos because they turned out so well). The photographer and the make up artist were great. A nice reminder of our trip.

We recommend the hotel, because the staffers are very kindness and provide us with good services. In addition, from our perspective, the event of taking photo is very memorable.

The food of this hotel was delish, there are many variants of food. The bread was amazing,it seems that the menu changes a bit every day. The apple bread is especially awesome, my daughter enjoyed every bread they serve and lots of the cereal, she even ate orange juice and cereal. The hotels service is amazing, tons of nice people serving you. They even hand you a cup of tea,soup,and a warm towel when you come. The hotels swimming pool is very clean and always empty. This hotel looked pretty nice, but the hallways may be creepy for sensitive beings. The hallways were confusing and the overall layout had absolutely no pattern. If you go on one elevator it connects to one place, the other elevator may not connect to the one above. It felt like a complete maze to walk in. My child and my friends child got lost while walking no back to our hotel room. But, if you get used to the environment you can find your way pretty easily.
