Stayed at the hotel for only one night. The room was well cleaned and the ambience was very good. The location was easily identifiable

Yes. Room was comfortable. Cleanliness very good. House keeping did a good job of cleaning the room. Linens were neat

Reasonably comfortable for a 3 star hotel. Room was spacious. Restaurant had adequate choice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Could not log into wifi.

Of course, the location of the hotel in the heart of the city was very helpful for reaching and traveling. It is a place where a common *** can live at a reasonable price without spending a lot of money. I wouldn't claim to have world-class facilities, but with excellent facilities the restaurant is of high quality

Ac not working. Breakfast very poor. Even-though they gave another room there also ac was not good. Totally disappointed. Waste of money

Good location in the heart of the city. The service and the staff were super. The room was pretty good and neat. We really enjoyed the stay of three days. If we happen to be in trivandrum again, we will definitely be going only to this hotel

Not good experience during check in and check out and the staff at reception told i have no booking and then i showed my booking then she talk some one and give me the key. On check in room the blankets in room was too dirty and i told the housekeeper to take off the blankets and i stay all days with out blankets. While booking it seems free fruit basket available in rooms and i asked about this to the reception they told they didn’t know about this and discounted buffet available for lunch and dinner and that also not available. The fan was broken and not working. Ac has fixed in a temperature and we can’t adjust it as we needs. The house keeping staff was good. All other staff in restaurant and reception was not up the standards of a three star hotel. I checked in at 5 pm and i asked for late check out they asked 1500 rupees for two hours as i booked, and after discussing they allowed one hour. Overall stay ok but not up to the standards.

The rooms are average, not worth the money, but the behavior of the staff there is very good.

A good hotel. Nice location. Helpful and friendly staff. Maintenance good but needs little improvement. Food is very good.
