The room was very small and small cockroaches were roaming around in the room the hotel is a bit inside all other services are ok the staff receptionist were good

It was a super business stay, clean rooms, clean bathrooms fresh towels. In an area that has local eateries for snacks and movie hall. I am still awaiting the gst bill though, the reception guy messed up the billing apart from that is was super

The property is fabulous good food and great rooms with hygiene accommodation. However the team at reception need to work more on being best at their service with regards to communicating with the customer such as being polite

1. Hotel address is not complete. 2. Room was too small 3. No toiletries 4. Ac remote had issues i had reached late and had to leave very early, could have got a little more sleep if these things were in place.

Pathetic place, i got sick as they gave me the room they just did pest control of the room an hour before i checkin & i got sick due to the smell of the chemical used in pest control
please tell them not to do it with anyone else

Good cosy hotel smooth check in all staff are well manner i like the place. It is know brand in south mumbai they 4star hotel which doing great i know sourav shetty the owner of it's all are very down to earth and very polite person
