5 star service and facilities.
service is very good and perfect. and facilities were also very good.
however, Due to the oldness of facilites, design and facilities conditions look not good.

This indeed is a very big hotel located at a central place of Thai Binh City. The rooms are big - the bathroom is also quite spacious which is stacked up with all toiletaries. They provide electric kettle in the rooms for tea / coffee making - but do not provide milk powder or sugar / sugar substitutes. The breakfast spread is extremely limited. The staff members cannot speak in English & neither they understand English which becomes a very major bottleneck for communication. They provide only one 250ml bottle of packaged drinking water per guest per day free of cost which is definitely not adequate. Otherwise their hygiene & housekeeping quality is good.
