I’m a regular costumer, its a very comfortable place, the bedroom are big and you can find everything you need to do a very nice stay. It’s located in a beautiful area and closer to everything you need

We chose this hotel because Temuco was our first stop on our trip to the South of Chile. The hotel keeps the good things, very clean, large rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast. Highly recommended. We went with our kids, so, connectiing rooms are great !

Estoy con una amiga y cuando hicimos el check in, solicitamos una buena habitación para poder descansar. Nos asignaron una habitación con 3 camas de 1 plaza en el piso 4. ( Habitación 426). Para mi personalmente resultó una experiencia muy incómoda dormir en una cama tan chica y lo peor de todo es que está ubicada al lado de la calle, por lo que es imposible qued**** dormida. Ruido de autos, motos y personas haciendo ruido en las cercanías del hotel. Atroz! Lamentablemente la solicitud en el check in, fue ignorada. Imposible descansar y ni hablar de relaj****. No volvería !!! Mil veces el Holiday In, donde sí se respetan las solicitudes de los pasajeros.

Excelente como siempre todo . Infraestructura, atención, opciones de entretención 10/10. El precio que tiene para las instalaciones que posee el hotel , hace que por lejos sea la Mejor opción en temuco .

Muy buen atencion buena las habitaciones y buen desayuno. Los restaurantes q estan en piso 2 del hotel tienen excelente comida a muy buenos precios

Excelente ubicación. Muy buena atención. Habitaciones amplias muy bien equipadas. Pese a estar en un complejo de ****** con espectáculos el sonido no llega a habitaciones. El parking es techado. Vigilancias por cámara. No se de hechos delictivos como nos ocurrió en el hotel ****** de Concepcion (no ir!!) El desayuno muy bieno. 2 restaurantes. La Tranquera muy completo y bien atendido. Valor acorde al servicio. El costo de hab triple fue de U$ 130

Excelente servicio y calidad del lugar, se notan los años de experiencia. Gimnasio adecuado. Hermosa piscina temperada. Además cuenta con Sauna, pero no lo pudimos ocupar por tiempo. Restaurante Inn muy bueno, comida deliciosa. Volveré a visitarlos con toda la familia.

Tuve una experiencia espantosa con la recepcionista Katalina, quien fue irrespetuosa, altanera y muy poco empatica. Al día siguiente pedí hablar con el gerente y no fue posible, lo mismo cuando pedí su Mail de contacto. Una lastima como solo una persona puede arruinar por completo el trabajo de un hotel. No sé qué tipo de selección de personal tienen para la recepción! La parte más importante de un hotel. Dejé mis contactos pero todavía espero que me llamen :(
