Lanterna Premium Camping Resort

We stayed in the Punto Blu part of the camp. We styed in a small but cute mobile home with 2 beds which was enough for the 3 of us. The home was spotless and the AC was turned on when we arrived, and we even got a big bag of surprises with a lot of homemade products - wine, olive oil, honey, jam. We also got juices, cookies and so on. A really nice surpise. This part of the camp has it's own pool with an awesome view on the sea. Everything in and sround the pool area is also very clean and I can't complain about anything. The staff here is pretty much perfect - always helpfull, well prepared for any questions and always with a smile. Jadranka, Anastasia and Blaženka are a true example of how staff should act and behave in a place like this, and their smile and a warm welcome every morning always made our day. Kudos to Valamar for employing such nice staff. This is our second time at Punto Blu, but it most certanly isn't the last!

As a family we have stayed in many European resorts like this but none as big as Lanterna. We stayed with Roan in Zone B with the caravan being OK but not great. The decking had been built around a tree which meant that the sofa area wasn’t useable for us as a family of 5. The site has a cluster of small pools which, given the number of people on site, means that it is impossible to swim in them. We have always enjoyed participating in beach volleyball, water polo etc but that wasn’t possible with the activities seemingly limited to 1 hour from 8pm to 9pm and sometimes not even that. On one occasion our son was turned away which left him disappointed as he had walked the 15 walk to get there from our caravan. There were some good points such as Wi-Fi which worked well everywhere (blessing given the lack of other activities to occupy our teenagers) and mostly friendly staff in bars/restaurants but not enough to balance the other shortfalls for me. We had a great couple of days away in Mreznica and Plitvice which were our highlights During our 2 weeks away. Thanks for all the good things Lanterna but I don’t think we will be back.

Great experience…Lanterna Premium Camping Resort is great for camping and family camping.Great place to spent great time.Full shade and nature pitches are great…Sanitary facilities are big, great and clean..Central park and piazza are beautiful….

I recently stayed at the Lanterna camping site and had an incredibly positive experience. The setting is wonderfully peaceful and quiet, especially in the bungalows. The campsite boasts an excellent pool infrastructure, including an aquapark with exciting slides and another pool right by the sea. Lanterna offers a wide range of accommodation options with plenty of bungalows and spots for tents and campervans. The bungalows are clean and well-maintained, as are the sanitary facilities. Each bungalow is well-equipped, featuring amenities such as a dishwasher and a microwave, making the stay even more comfortable. The staff at Lanterna are friendly and always ready to help. I highly recommend this campsite for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable camping experience.

Beautiful place, amazing things to do for kids, clean apartment and very friendly staff, such as Magdalena who was very kind to us! Thank you, we will definitely come again very soon to experience more. The kids simply loved the variety of beaches, pools and playgrounds. See you soon :)!

I am very happy with whole experience at the hotel. Everything was great ! But especially Jadranka is fantastic at the pool area! She's always attentive, friendly, and makes sure everyone has a great time soaking up the sun by the pool. Guests love her warm and welcoming service, making their pool experience even more enjoyable!

We had great time. Overall everything is 10 out of 10, but especially pool lady Jadranka is known for her exceptional service and attention to detail at the pool. She goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay. Her dedication and friendly demeanor truly enhance the overall experience for visitors.

We had the best time at Laterna Camping Resort. My husband and I travelled with our 4 year old daughter. The site is perfect for families including a kids club, playgrounds, multiple pools, shops, and easily accessible sandy and pebble beaches. Our daughter loved it and we did too. The site is really well cared for and we loved the village feel with multiple restaurants, bars and cafes. We stayed in a Eurocamp lodge which was immaculately clean and the reps were friendly and helpful. We hired a car but barely used it as there was so much to see and do at the site, and there was a regular boat to Novigrad. We highly recommend the daily boat to Novigrad which can be caught at the sandy beach and is reasonably priced (7 euros one way). It's a really pretty coastal town. There are a few negative comments on here which we can't understand and some are misinformation e.g. that there are steep steps to the beach: this is incorrect, whilst one way of accessing the beach is via steps, the beach is also easily accessible via a gentle ramp which makes it great if taking pushchairs. The beach was beautifully clean and the sea was warm and clear. We highly recommend holidaying at Laterna, we are booking to stay again next year!

Very kind staff, Jadranka is very kind and professional and she made my vacation better. the pool is excellent, the water is warm. the view is wonderful. It's my first time here, but I'll be back every year. I look forward to returning. see you next year.
