Great hotel really handy for town and staff lovely

酒店環境非常好，房間很大，很乾凈，洗澡水很熱，服務也很好，地理位置很方便，在市中心和利茲大學中間，緊鄰Morrisons

房間很乾凈，早餐是典型的英式，該有的都有，距離利茲大學比較近，雖然價格貴，但在在英國差不多這個價錢，住住還行。注意不要和宜必思那家競技場酒店搞混

非常靠近university of Leeds，在US旗下的plaza& sky plaza宿舍區，生活技能完善，樓下就是Nisa便利店，還有很多中國食物，八寶粥、泡麪、紅油麪皮都有，稍微走一段就有Morrison這樣的大型超市，還有KFC和麥當勞，非常的方便！暖氣可以但不是很智能，房間很大，插座齊全，usb接口之外還有typec口插座，很適合蘋果人使用！希望在Leeds一切順利，找到心儀的房子，開心生活！

非常不錯的一家酒店，傳統的英式早餐，環境優美，房間乾淨衞生、安靜！利茲大學旁邊應該是最好的酒店。

Worst premier inn I’ve ever stayed in! Whilst the location may be convenient to the arena, I stayed for 2 nights to attend a training course. On arrival, there was no drawer or wardrobe for my clothes, second, bed could have been made better by a 5 year old! Room was cold and bathroom fan noisy all night. WiFi was terrible!!!!! TV volume limited so difficult to hear. Went to restaurant on first night, limited choice and took some time to be served. I was seated in a side room with 3 other solo guests away from main restaurant, made me feel quite uncomfortable. Solo guest who arrived soon after me order a chicken goujon starter and sent it back as some weee frozen in the middle. Asked for my room to be cleaned whilst I was out at training, returned to find the used glass left at side of bedroom and be once again could have been made better by a 5 year old. I had to ***** and remake with bedspread, sheet and duvet. Went down at 6.05pm for dinner, solo guest and was told they were too busy and I had to wait till 7pm for a table. There were just 2 tables at the time, one solo guest and one a couple. Told them not to bother and went to a nearby Wetherspoons, where I ordered a glass of wine and for served to me by 6.40. Being vegetarian they also had a better choice than Premier Inn. Had planned to have breakfast but decided not to bother. Location is great, but customer service, housekeeping and restaurant experience leave a lot to be desired. Would not stay again!

Our room on the 8 th floor was extremely spacious . It had everything you could need and we had a great nights sleep. Our breakfast was tasty and fresh with a good range of options and staff were all lovely and attentive and happy to provide vegetarian options and poached eggs if you asked . Check in was smooth and there is an easy way to get discount on car parking at the nearby citi park by using a tablet on reception. Hard to fault

Mostly a great stay! Really enjoyed the new design room however, this was let down by the noise during the night and a rude member of staff, the staff member working in the restaurant during dinner was quite rude and looked like she’d rather be elsewhere, other than that the breakfast staff where lovely as usual and the breakfast was all hot and amazing! One thing I would say is that if you get a first floor room, there is quite a loud generator outside that tends to “kick off” at random times during the night. Another thing to note is that the “air conditioning” is not functional in the slightest, it’s more like a noise to simulate air conditioning, no actual air gets let into the room? Other than that a great stay overall 😊

The staff in the hotel were absolutely amazing and deserve a shout out. They were thoughtful, proactive and considerate and went the extra mile to care of my daughter when she was unwell. I couldn't be more impressed. Well done and thank you The stay was only for one night

I want to warn people about a breakfast scam that I have just experienced. I received a confirmation email from premier inn confirming that I had paid for 2 breakfasts. However upon checking in I was told that it was just one. I showed the manager the confirmation email but she was dismissive and accused me of tampering with the email?!! How its an email from the premier inn? I find it unacceptable that I have paid for breakfast already and be expected to pay twice! Very scammy

Superb value for money. Enormous room, spotlessly clean with a huge bathroom. Ver comfortable bed. Had the breakfast and was asked about intolerances. I have a lactose intolerance so I was brought the menu with everything clearly labelled. My order for a cooked breakfast was then taken and it was cooked separately to avoid contamination from the buffet. Staff were very peasant.
