The lobby is not located in the ground floor and unfortunately none of the staff informed us until we got confused and asked but the concierge staff were friendly and helpful though. Receptionist helped us to check-in and offered to join the JHL membership so I did (need to download the app which quite troublesome). Anyway I joined the member and the receptionist gave a voucher for free welcome drinks that we can use in the restaurant. The voucher only valid for 1 day so after rest for a while, we decided to go to the restaurant to use the voucher. We went to the restaurant in G floor I guess I can't remember (around 4-5 PM) and the staff told us that the restaurant already closed since they need to prepare for breakfast(?) and advised us to go to first floor to use the voucher and again the staff didn't even let us which first floor and how to get there. So we went up to the lobby / receptionist counter to check and the receptionist doesn't even know where we can use the voucher and instead, she asked me back which first floor was the staff referring to. In the end the staff called the restaurant to confirmed and guided us on how to go to first floor. When we arrived in the restaurant at the first floor, the staff told us the we can't use the voucher, the voucher can only be use on the restaurant in G floor and the first floor's restaurant is only for dinner. I don't mind if the voucher can't be use after specific time but the receptionist mentioned it will be valid for the whole day with no specific time. After went back and forth between restaurant and reception, we have no intention to use the voucher anymore, so we went to the receptionist and gave the voucher back. The manager - Ms. Jessica was very friendly and listen to our story. The F&B staff were not friendly and there was no communication at all between F&B and Front office. The room was okay but they didn't really checked the room, the phone was not even charged and we can't use it, I have to go to the other room to call the receptionist.

ผผู้เข้าพักโรงแรมสนามบินที่โดดเด่นและสะดวกสบายมาก หนึ่งในห้องที่ดีที่สุดที่ฉันเคยมีเมื่อฉันได้รับการอัพเกรดเป็นห้องดีลักซ์สวีทบนชั้น 3 ฉันนอนหลับสบายบนเตียงที่นุ่มสบายพร้อมห้องนอนแยกต่างหาก สิ่งเดียวที่สอดคล้องกันคือฝักบัวอาบน้ํายากที่จะรักษาอุณหภูมิคงที่และเย็นและร้อน ห้องน้ําหนึ่งก็ล้างอย่างอ่อนแอดังนั้นฉันจึงไม่ได้ใช้เพราะฉันมีสองห้อง อาหารเช้าที่รวมอยู่ค่อนข้างน่าผิดหวังและมีตัวเลือกตะวันตกไม่กี่แห่ง ขอแนะนําอย่างยิ่งและเดินเพียง 5 นาทีเพื่อเช็คอินสําหรับเที่ยวบินเทอร์มินอล 3 ของคุณ

ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อWe always stay in here whenever we travel to Jakarta because this hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to the airport for free and it’s available every hour. It is very convenient for us in order to catch a flight. The breakfast is good, food is good, gym is good, they have sauna and steam room, the pool is clean, staff is very friendly and so helpful. It’s very recommended guys and it’s near to the airport which is a good thing.

ผผู้เข้าพักI had a layover in Jakarta, but not really enough time to leave the airport for my preferred off site hotel. Also the other airside hotel did not make any accomodations for arriving at 11AM and departing at 4 PM. I would have had to reserve 2 nights. Check in took moderate time. It was somewhat odd that I had to leave 50,000 RP deposit in cash. That is a very small amount of money for a hotel deposit. They stored my luggage onsite which was nice because airport check in was closed. This isn't really a hotel per se, rather it consists of space age looking sleeping pods. The pod is quite small for someone my size 6’4”, but I was able to lay down. They provided headphones (well worn) a bottle of water, a blanket, pillow, and slippers. There isn't much room for storage in the pod and they do provide a storage locker, but the attendant had to hotwire the lock so I kept my carryon in the pod with me. The air conditioner barely worked and the temp inside was 22C which was a bit warm for me. There is a decent sized TV on one end and some well worn headphones as well as USB charging port to charge up a phone or Ipad There is no bathroom. I had to leave the hotel area to use the bathroom in the terminal. It wasn’t a far walk, but a bit inconvenient since I had already put my shoes in the storage locker. There is zero sound insulation in the pod so you hear every word outside in the hall. Overall since I only had a 5 hour layover it was OK and nice to have a tiny bit of privacy. Considering the price it was a satisfactory place to relax for a few hours between flights
