ห้องนี้แย่มาก ก่อนหน้านี้ก็ไม่ได้แย่ขนาดนั้น แต่อันนี้ก็เฉยๆ !^^@*$*

3. หม้อกาแฟแตกเช่นกัน

5. ไม้แขวนเสื้อหัก เราไม่สามารถแขวนเสื้อผ้าของเราเมื่ออาบน้ำ

The service was good and helpful.
The room was comfortable.
Bed linen appears a bit dirty, bath towels and bath mat was not clean enough.

When we arrived hotel unable to accommodate as original booking. Hotel gave us Twin Bed and Smoking room treatment. Honestly we'd alergic for smoking treatment, hotel unable to change to non-smoking room. Hotel arrange us Double bed with smoking-room (treatment) and still has cigarette smelly. Also we found lipstick stain in our bed sheet. This's 2x we complaint for room arrangement and this's for the last time we stay here and won't reccommend to our employee.

This is the hotel to stay almost very time I visit BSD. Value for money with convenient location nearby shopping mall.
