不知道是因為一樓，還是佛羅里達太潮濕，反正一進門有一股黴味。房間挺大，設施有點舊。前台相對其他酒店來説，有點冷漠的感覺。早餐都差不多，經典美式。住了兩晚上，是來美國以來睡得最不好的。周圍也不吵，就是房間感覺不是很舒適。有個游泳池，沒去用過。不知道4.7分是怎麼來的。

I thought it was a better than average SpringHill property. The staff was attentive and friendly. The coffee was good. The hotel was clean. I did find that my room tended to be a little hot or a little cold...it never seemed to stay at a stable temperature. The location (Brandon) is convenient (enough) to Ybor City and downtown Tampa.

Worst hotel stay, we were a group sitting at the lobby one evening amd were told by the front desk that they were closing the lobby at 10:00! We were not rowdy or noisy in anyway, we are adults that were treated like children. I've never in all my 20 plus years been treated like that at a Marriott. The rooms are run down and the free breakfast was mediocre at best. Hardly worth the 199 a night price tag!

What a very nice and ideally located hotel. Super Clean, comfortable beds, great breakfast that is tended to by an amazing Celeste who maintains high organization and a very clean setting. Front desk hospitality was great and Tameyea was super friendly and helpful too. Houskeeping was thorough and very pleasant attitudes evident in the lady that was tending to the 5th floor. I will definitely return.

Overall awesome experience each time . Our home away from home. We visit a church every 3 months for a camp meeting and we stay here all the time. The managers Cherry and Ken are very professional and welcoming. Very pleasant and always making sure that our stay is a great experience. Front desk ladies Tamia and Crystal are very friendly with the guests and accommodating always . Kitchen staff Yvonne and Celeste are full of smiles with breakfast always fresh , nice selection and hot . Very clean hotel , making your stay always pleasant with ease…

My family loved the hotel. Close to everything. The kitchen girls get 5 stars!!! They were awesome. Looked forward to breakfast every morning. The only reason I did not give 5 stars to rhe hotel was two issues.
1) The TV had 4 white spots on the screen that
did not allow to view the TV.
2) The air-conditioner constantly turned on and
off making an annoying sound. Hard to sleep
with that noise.
