Very nice and fancy for the price
.Quiet ,luxurious, wish the bar served drinks in the afternoon and had a bigger stock, but it was fine. Safe. Easy parking. We would definitely stay again. Great hot breakfast!

It was fine - staff was nice... but they've only been open since 2020 and there were several outlets that didn't work, the bathroom faucet was not secured to the sink, and the water pressure was not great.

Big negative: beds are very uncomfortable. Not much support at all. You can feel the mattress sinking into the center immediately. Everything else about the hotel is good or better, but I would not stay here more than 2 nights ever just based on the beds.

Disappointed in the quality of the Matress.
The shower floor corners were not clean, had mildew and dirt. The bathroom glad door had some guwy stuff on it.

I chose this hotel because online it said that it was pet-friendly but I disagree with that statement. Pets are allowed but there’s a $100 non-refundable pet cleaning fee. That’s not pet-friendly. The room was modern but not very clean. The bathroom was dirty and mold/mildew on the shower along with some hair. I’m going to use other hotels going forward.

The manager on duty and the front desk person the day I checked in was very helpful and professionnel. They addressed the issue related to my reservation and I was very satisfy with the outcome. Thank you so much!
