A very plain clean room with thin sheets, thin blankets, and thin towels. Don’t expect amenities. Bring your own soap and shampoo or you will have to use the prison grade ones provided. Just what I expected. Bought room online and got a good price. Staff was nice and friendly.

I read some negative reviews about cleanliness of this hotel. I gotta say this was the cleanest hotel ever. It was hospital clean. And the staff was super helpful.

I demand a fill refund. The place is an extremely overpriced DUMP and needs to be shut down due to all of the above mentioned things.

They canceled my reservation without notifying me. no email or anything. so I was lucky I still ended up getting a room at midnight after driving 5 hours.
They said there was an issue with my credit card so that's why they canceled my reservation. I had no idea what they were talking about but I wish they would have given me a heads up so we could have resolved the issue before I arrived. they were very rude and the only reason I ended up still staying is because there was no other options at that time.
And if you're looking for a hotel with a pool, then I would not recommend. their pool hours are ridiculous only open from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
