房間損壞的落地燈拿走後沒有補上當天的值班前台還敷衍説不是每一個房間都有這盞燈，幸好我之前也入住過這家酒店、幸好我不信邪去正在打掃的每一個房間看過、幸好我問了打掃衞生的服務員確定每個房間都有，這個服務真的太讓人失望！但是這個落地燈是房間的主要光源，沒有房間會很暗，我們衹好決定第二天再去找前台別的工作人員。然後就是床鋪不知道是弄衞生的沒換還是床單就是這個樣子，看上去就像是被睡過一樣，還有頭髮，因為入住時沒有掀開被子，等晚上準備睡覺才發現，因為很晚了就先拍照取證（前三張圖）。第二天去前台説明瞭這個情況，前台的女士很誠懇道歉並説會在打掃衞生的服務員上班就去換，並承諾補上缺失的那盞落地燈。以為事至此很圓滿解決了所有問題，哪料晚上回到酒店掀開被子就被一團黏糊糊的東西嚇到了，有些像創可貼粘在床單上沒弄下來就放到洗衣機裏洗得黏糊糊一團（最後一張圖），噁心得趕緊用紙包着取下，卻再也無力吐槽，也不想去再告訴前台了，就這樣吧。其實除了這些這個酒店還是很好的，地理位置可以步行去CMU，還有小廚房可以做簡單的烹飪，希望改進變得更好

The hotel was in a decent location, clean and good facilities. I was able to explore Pittsburgh and the university from that area. I would recommend this hotel.

酒店在市中心，購物出行都很方便。對面就是美國鋼鐵大廈，去其他景點基本都在三公里以內。酒店房間很寬敞，每天都有打掃衞生，很乾凈。記得要自己帶拖鞋和牙膏牙刷哦，酒店不提供。

The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. The continental breakfast was decent, but not great. The location is fantastic if you're in town for a ballgame. However, my room was at the very north end of the hotel near the highway and the road noises at night was pretty bad/loud due to the elevated roadway. The reason for my terrible rating on cleanliness is that when I turned down my sheets, I had black flecks of something all in my sheets, as well as a long dark hair under the top sheet I could see. Additionally, I had some sort of dead bug on my side table. It looked like potentially a bed bug, so I didn't get much sleep the only night I was there. I'd recommend this hotel to stay at with a few caveats of asking for a room on the south end of the hotel as well as checking your sheets as soon as you get into your room.

Room with a view and the location was great! Happy with the cleanliness and amenities. Lobby has been refreshed and modern but I think it’s time the rooms were updated. Ours was a little tired. Overall great experience though!

Loved the room. Spacious, clean & very well stocked with all the essential supplies. Great place for families/ friends. Would highly recommend to all.
