Great stay at Mövenpick Hotel Kigali. Clean, modern rooms with very comfortable beds. Staff were professional and efficient, and the service was smooth throughout. Breakfast was good with a decent variety. Convenient location for getting around Kigali. Overall, a reliable and comfortable hotel,ideal for both business and short leisure stays.

Negative points • Although I booked a twin room, they told there were none available. The first room they showed me on the second floor was extremely noisy due to loud music and vibrations from the restaurant and event space. The next room they offered faced the road, but the wall was not soundproof and the outside noise was very disturbing. • When I tried to speak with the manager, there was no manager available on Sundays. If the manager is off, there should be someone acting on their behalf. • The restaurant had many flies. There were both soft-boiled and hard-boiled eggs, but even the “hard-boiled” ones were half-cooked inside. When I asked for a properly hard-boiled egg, one of the kitchen staff gave me an unpleasant look, and even after asking, the egg was still undercooked (photo). The male kitchen staff were unfriendly, and it was impossible to order any egg dishes comfortably. • The corridor lights turn off automatically, making it pitch dark and creepy. The reception staff were welcoming and had a sense of humour. The hotel is comfortable and the breakfast buffet has a great choice of foods. I'll definitely stay there again when next in Kigali.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel at home instantly, good breakfast thanks to the chef, the location is perfect and i love the view from the hotel looking towards the golf course.

Had a wonderful stay at The Nest! The atmosphere was peaceful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly warm and attentive throughout our stay. Every detail made us feel welcome, and the overall experience was relaxing and memorable. Thank you for the excellent hospitality—I would definitely recommend The Nest to anyone visiting Kigali and look forward to staying again.

Kigali Marriott along with the other two 5 star hotels in Kigali edged their way into the very exclusive Top 300 hotels Global list. Despite not having the most expensive franchise brand they earned it by the genuine attentive friendliness of the employees (quality + quantity), the street where the hotel is located is beautiful and meticulously clean, safe to walk at anytime. The food at all hotel restaurants is very appetizing even if you are thinspo. The water pressure and quality is perfect both in Shower and Tub, the curtains, linen, robes, and towels are very clean. In Kigali Marriott you feel the permanent undetected presence of a Great person a guardian angel...Whose priority is to keep everything perfect ...this always a good sign of Great Luxury Hotel 👍 If you are fortunate to afford Living in Kigali Marriott while in Rwanda 🇷🇼, do it...You will be welcomed by smiling Anna or of her equallybattentive peers at reception every morning!... If you want anything...anything at all..feel free to ask the conceirge desk and they will eagerly make it happen! The food is tasty as I mentioned this already... I have no photos of unengaged food... Good food triggers impulsive outbursts 😊

Отель очень понравился! Неожиданно высокий уровень обслуживания, не уступает лучшим отелям Турции. Номер стандарт достаточно просторный, большая кровать с двумя тумбочками и кушеткой, большой шкаф, длинный стол и стулья, кресло с журнальным столиком - мебели достаточно для комфорта. В ванной душевая кабина, ванна, не хватает только биде или гигиенического душа. В ванной также стеллаж для одежды. Чистота на высоте. Сервис тоже: вечером приходит работник и расстилает постель, ставит около нее тапочки и коврик типа полотенца. Завтрак проходит возле бассейна, на улице или в помещении. На шведском столе, помимо стандартных блюд, три разных салата, несколько видов сыров (в том числе камамбер и рокфор), 4-5 видов свежих соков (арбуз, ананас, маракуйя и др), из фруктов - два вида маракуйи, арбуз, ананас, оранжевые шарики - ”гусиная ягода”, папайя, а также плоды томатного дерева. Завтрак изысканный!

Great Hotel ใกล้กับย่าน Central Kigali เดินทางสะดวกในโซนฟรีรถ อาหารและเครื่องดื่มราคาสมเหตุสมผลและคุณภาพดีมาก น่าเสียดายที่สระว่ายน้ําอยู่ในร่มตั้งแต่ช่วงบ่าย แต่ก็ยังเป็นพื้นที่ที่น่านั่งและเพลิดเพลินกับนักทานเล่น กาแฟบาร์ริสต้าที่ยอดเยี่ยม ขอแนะนําสเต็กมื้อค่ํา บุฟเฟ่ต์ตอนบ่ายมีความสมเหตุสมผลและมีอาหารคุณภาพ ทะเลทราย และผลไม้ให้เลือกมากมาย

The facilities were good with a fully functional kitchen. Staff are wonderful always read to assist. Of particular note is Tina and John. The location is great , and the golf course is not far off . Spar supermarket is about 10 minutes walk down the road. The interior design of the apartment hotel is up to date. Overall good
