We really enjoyed our stay, the view of the lake is stunning, the food were delicious and have a lot of choices. I love the room too it's comfortable and clean. We are planning to go back again this summer. 5/5 overall

ประสบการณ์ของเราแย่มากเพราะเรานอนไม่หลับเพราะมีคนจํานวนมากดื่มและพูดคุยในทางเดินปัญหาใหญ่คือไม่มีไมโครเวฟในห้องอาหารเช้าแย่ที่สุด แต่ไม่ใช่อาหารอาหารดีจริงๆมันแค่ ที่ไม่ได้จัดระเบียบและค่อนข้างรกเพราะมีแขกมากเกินไปพวกเขาไม่สามารถรองรับได้ดีมากและคีย์การ์ดก็ใช้งานไม่ได้อีกต่อไปแม้ว่าจะยังคงเป็น 11:30 น.

Personnel d’accueil très sympathique. Chambre avec 2 grands lits et une grande salle de bain. La piscine avec le toboggan est un + pour les enfants. L’eau de tous les bassins était chaude, ce qui est également très appréciable. Le petit déjeuner est correct avec un point en + pour les gaufres que l’on fait à la minute. Grands axes à proximité mais hôtel très calme. De nombreux restaurants accessibles à pieds.

For the first hotel that is outside the Francophone sphere for my trip, I would rate 6 to 7 stars or even higher.

Clean and comfortable place to stay. Overnight parking is $25. It’s basement which is good. The sound insulation is just okay, can hear people talking in the hallway while in the room.

โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้กับทุกสิ่ง แต่ในช่วง 3 ปีที่ผ่านมามันอยู่ในพื้นที่ที่ทรุดโทรม โรงแรมสะอาด แต่ล้าสมัย ไม่มีพัดลมในห้องน้ําดังนั้นฝักบัวน้ําอุ่นทําให้ทุกอย่างชื้น ราคาห้องพักระดับพรีเมียม พักที่นั่นครั้งที่สามอาจเป็นครั้งสุดท้าย

設施：設施很多，而且還有游泳館電梯的話也有，然後整個的話就是一個比較標準的希爾頓酒店。 環境：環境很好，酒店的話舒適的也很整齊，毛巾也不怎麼臟，除了地面的話是有一點臟，但床上用品的話看不出什麼太大的灰塵之類的，而且比較整齊，枕頭也比較多，甚至有電視會寫你的名字，然後説歡迎你進來。隔音也非常好，別人在外面大喊大叫，其實也不怎麼能聽出來房間整體也非常大，很漂亮，廁所也是。離酒店也很近。 服務：服務是很棒的，因為我們當時早來了行李，因為我想去哈法那邊再玩一會兒，然後前台就幫我 們把行李寄存並給我們幾張票，而且前台的話是很客氣的人也非常好 衞生：非常棒。

Got a good checked in and request amenities service is good. Staying for 5 days with my whole family. On the third day our bathroom flooded I don’t know what happened. They transfer as to a queen bed and a couch. Just accepted it as I do t want to deal with the incident overnight. Fully understand if no rooms available to accommodate us. But they did attended to our needs so far. But pretty much over all stay it was a ok. The hotel seems old but maybe preserving the looks of the hotel. Needs some upgrading.
