ผผู้เข้าพักI stayed at Chateau Bedford, Trademark Collection by Wyndham from April 19–20, 2025, for a family trip to Halifax. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we needed extra towels, toiletries, and coffee refills, which were initially insufficient in the room.
The hotel facilities were generally good, but the TV casting function did not work properly during our stay. Also, the breakfast could offer a bit more variety, and unfortunately, the hot cake machine was out of order, which was a disappointment for my kids.
That said, the service team was responsive, and we appreciated their support throughout our stay. With a few improvements, the experience could be even better.

NNeet singhEverything was good and clean. i really like the room and living area but thing which disappointed me which was water bottle service. They told us we only get 2 bottle water for 1 day each for 2 people. Only 2 water bottle is not enough. Other than that, everything was wonderful
ผผู้เข้าพักThe toom are very confortable and clean. There’s not enough towel in the bathroom for a family of four so you should ask for one more. Although the service is great, the food during breakfast is not refilled fast enough and when finally refilled, it all goes in a minute. If you’re traveling with kids or in a hurry do not expect to eat quickly.
ผผู้เข้าพักIt was unclear to me when I booked online that a “physical” credit card was required to use for a damage deposit.
*I had loaded my credit card to my wallet on my iPhone & left the physical card @ home.
(I don’t carry a purse, so this was a great option for me).
The motels policy was credit card to use as a damage deposit…NO exceptions 😱
I had offered to use cash, but, was told no 😱😱
It just so happened that I had a credit card tucked away in my glove box or I would have been out of luck…would not have been allowed to check in & would have lost $400 on the room rental.
SO…beware travellers!!
