Our stay at intercontinental was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were impeccably clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time.

This hotel could be the best one in Uttara area. The service goes beyond the expectation, as you can feel the pure kind heart from their smile. Remarkably Mr. Asif and Ms. Rupa are very impressive. Their manager Mr. Raihan gave a gentle asking if I arrived back to China. Apart from the service, the facilities are also high quality. Gym, swimming pool, SPA, pub etc. are all well equipped. Highly recommend!

ครั้งนี้ผมมาเช็คอินและเลือกโรงแรมนี้ ความรู้สึกโดยรวมเกินความคาดหมายและใหม่กว่าโรงแรมที่ผมเคยพักมา หลังจากเปิดใช้ทางด่วนสนามบินจะใช้เวลาเพียง 20 กว่านาทีจากสนามบินถึงโรงแรม ตั้งอยู่ในเขต Gushan District 1 ริมทะเลสาบ ทำเลที่ตั้งค่อนข้างสะดวก ถัดจากโรงแรม เป็นถนนสายหลักที่มีธนาคารหนาแน่น นอกจากนี้ยังมีร้านอาหาร และร้านกาแฟมากมายใกล้โรงแรม มีสระว่ายน้ำอยู่ที่ชั้น 1 ของโรงแรม ห้องพักมีขนาดค่อนข้างกว้างขวางค่อนข้างคล้ายกับแผนผังของอพาร์ตเมนต์ พนักงานบริการมีความเป็นมิตรและเอาใจใส่ มีร้านอาหารอยู่ชั้น 1 อาหารเช้าไม่หลากหลายแต่ก็เพียงพอ

Hotel staff was very helpful and efficient. They did their best to help with early check in when I told I really need to get some sleep before my appointment and they managed to get me a room immediately. Also when my room has some leaking issues by the Duty Manager, Shawn immediately transferred me to another broom and extended my check out time Recommend this hotel highly.

The service was too good. Only problem is check in process is slow . Which need to significantly improve. APART FROM THAT ALL STAFF AND FRONT DESK IS TOO GOOD. Roof top bar need to filter people or for in house guest corner need to separate where so called random people cant access just because having money. Need to treat differently .

Was great location and service from the hotels. Clean bed toilets and most of all no mosquitoes. Will book again for sure.

สระว่ายน้ำบนบาร์ในสวนบนชั้นดาดฟ้านั้นยอดเยี่ยมมาก และเอฟเฟกต์แสงจากสระว่ายน้ำในตอนกลางคืนช่วยเสริมบรรยากาศยามค่ำคืนในเมืองโดยรอบ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครันและบริการที่เอาใจใส่ หวังว่าจะพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาต่างประเทศของพนักงานต่อไป

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Stay at Radisson Blu Dhaka! Luxurious rooms, excellent service, and great amenities. The breakfast buffet was amazing with so many choices. Perfect location for both business and leisure. Highly recommend!
