Very friendly people at the reception desk.. Free water and coffee is a nice perk.. Good room service.. Nice view of the eiffel from the balcony which is free to access.. Tram station literally stone's throw away to get into the city.. Only minor issue was door did not lock on the first morning and we were told it would be sorted when we came back but wasn't sorted and next morning were told that room would be changed and to keep our bags packed due to which we couldn't unpack on the first two days.. Overall fantastic experience! Definitely would recommend..

Si vous avez affaire dans le coin, le Novotel est idéal. Confortable aven un restaurant qui vois offre une variété de petits plats gourmands. Les chambres sont spacieuses (du moins la mie nne l’était), balcon avec vue sur un jardin interne. Beaucoup de bruit des autres chambres aux étages supérieurs dans la nuit. Un parking couvert est à disposition.

Sejour du 15 au 21 mars, le personnel est très aimable, le gros point noir c'est le manque d'informations, à 3 reprises nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude, alors qu'ils étaient aux courant mais ne nous ont pas prévenu à l'accueil et aucun geste commercial a notre départ alors que nous avons payé 855 euros par personne. Rien à redire sur le buffet du petit-déjeuner pour les autres repas le buffet reste inchangé mais bon ce n'était pas mauvais et ça a permis a d'autres restaurants d'avoir 2 clientes en plus 😉 le point positif c'est l'isolation qui est très bien et c'est important de na pas entendre ce qui se passe a l'extérieur. Ils ont beaucoup de choses à revoir et à améliorer.

Looks like Vector off despicable me has had his shrink ray out in the shower. I visited this hotel with high expectations only to discover that I could barely fit in the shower. I am a petite young woman weighing only 49kg and even I couldn’t turn in the shower. It was a nightmare. It was an orange space pod from Mars. The windows open full mast, which is highly dangerous. The walls were paper thin and I could hear chattering and running all night, which left me sleep deprived and unable to enjoy my visit. However, I thought the beds were comfortable, cleanliness was a decent standard, but sizing of rooms needs addressing and please invest in a toaster. The breakfast didn’t even include toast, instead there was cake!!! Not sure if that is a French thing but it certainly wasn’t my cuppa tea. Xx

C'ets un Ibis classique, très bien pour une nuit. Chambre classique et petit déjeuner au bon niveau des Ibis. Très bon accueil, à l'écoute et disponible. Rien de spécial à rajouter sur cet hotel.
