I usually stay at this hotel when i come for work. So far was ok, but this last time was horrible, loud neighbors and dirty room...

I'm coming in Sumter for work and I always prefer to stay here. I've tried other hotels, but this remains my favorite. The staff, the rooms... everything it's better here...
I highly recommend this place!

No breakfast besides coffee, I asked for non smoking room but the smell of cigarettes was present, bathroom wasn't the cleanest it should've been.

It was acceptable for the price. Only issues were, dead large bug in room, Ice Maker did not work, and sheets and towels are very ruff. But I would stay again for the price. I felt safe and staff was nice.

I didn’t stay here because The property didn’t have power and couldn’t give service they should have informed as soon as that incident happened I had to look for a different place for my stay

There was a power outage which became and inconvenience to guest, especially those who may need medical equipment and sleep with them and interruption by this dilemma.
