Good location, not so far to the rainbow street. Small supermarket is nearby located. Silent place, good breakfast, laundry. The early check in is available The view from the first floor was not the same as announced. Water bottom in toilet need be repaired. There is no toothbrush and paste in the room

Great & friendly staff - clean rooms with awesome furniture. Room service almost all day in the floor asking if the can provide any help. I will be considering InterCon every time I visit Amman! Omar.

The service and location were truly exceptional. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Our room was clean and comfortable, with the minor exception of a broken desk chair. The heating in the floor was not operational, so we were provided with an electrical heater, which was a little noisy. Overall, our experience was positive, though I had anticipated a slightly more refined accommodation experience from a five-star hotel. I understand that it is not peak season, and despite this, I would still recommend it.

Mr Mamdouh and Mr odai was very helpful and supportive. Literally when I go back to this hotel if because of those 2 persons. Also all the stuff was nice. Hotel was super calm and clean. Food is delicious.

My stay at the Sheraton Amman was fantastic! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with stunning city views. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring Amman. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers—I can't wait to return!

When arrived, reception told us that there is no reservation for us. We book the evening of the day before. They implied that “it is not our problem, go solve it with the website you used for booking” it was very unprofessional. Immediately I had contact with customer service of trip.com and they contacted them and solved the issue. Other than this issue, everything was nice and the room was in an acceptable condition.

The room was well-appointed, clean and comfortable, offering a great blend of modern amenities and a relaxing ambience. I particularly appreciated the quality of the bedding, which ensured a restful night's sleep. The housekeeping team did an exceptional job of maintaining the room throughout my stay. Dining at the hotel was also a pleasant experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of international and local dishes, all freshly prepared and beautifully presented. The restaurant staff were courteous and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.
