The reception staff were welcoming and had a sense of humour. The hotel is comfortable and the breakfast buffet has a great choice of foods. I'll definitely stay there again when next in Kigali.

Decent accommodation. Room in the shower was incredibly small though. Had to ask for a change of rooms

Комфортный отель недалеко от центра. Хороший завтрак и меню на ужин. Просторные номера. Единственный недостаток - прозрачная стена в ванную комнату

I had sent 2 emails to inform lodge i would check in at 2.30 am; no one was on reception when I arrived. Had to wait 20 minutes for guy to show. They’d put in very loud room beside very busy dual carriageway. In the end they upgraded me to quieter room but still heard construction noise banging from neighbouring compound throughout the night. I left a 10,000 franc tip for dinner one night; that was mistakenly put on check out bill for $10. It is beautiful but I have quite a few buts….

Nice location. Clean. Good staff. Good amenities including kitchen facilities.

It was great, they offer 24hr services. You can order food at anytime. The front desk is kind and available.
