This hotel has a fantastic central location, which is its biggest selling point. However, there are a few things to know before booking.
the parking: while they offer underground parking for €5 a day, it’s not on-site. It’s quite a walk from the hotel, and there is no lift in the garage, only stairs. If you are traveling with heavy luggage, this is a real challenge, as you’ll have to carry your bags up and down those stairs. For a 4-star property, I was also surprised by the lack of concierge service and some dated room features. Our room was very dark due to poor lighting, and the safe wasn’t working. The door also requires an old-fashioned key to lock and unlock, which felt a bit inconvenient.
On a positive note, we chose to sit outside for breakfast, and the outdoor setting was very pleasant and made for a nice start to the day.
