"This hotel has a fantastic central location, which is its biggest selling point. However, there are a few things to know before booking. the parking: while they offer underground parking for €5 a day, it’s not on-site. It’s quite a walk from the hotel, and there is no lift in the garage, only stairs. If you are traveling with heavy luggage, this is a real challenge, as you’ll have to carry your bags up and down those stairs.For a 4-star property, I was also surprised by the lack of concierge service and some dated room features. Our room was very dark due to poor lighting, and the safe wasn’t working. The door also requires an old-fashioned key to lock and unlock, which felt a bit inconvenient. On a positive note, we chose to sit outside for breakfast, and the outdoor setting was very pleasant and made for a nice start to the day."

"We had a fantastic experience in Santa Lucia Apartments in Guimarães, we stayed in a family (3 adults) and couldn't have chosen better. The apartment was perfectly clean, well equipped and very comfortable, creating a comfortable environment that made us feel really at home. The location is excellent: very close to the main attractions of the city, which was perfect for us, since we participated in the half-Marathon of Guimarãs. We also highlighted the attention and sympathy of the collaborator Carlos, always available and ready to help in everything. We are surely a accommodation that we strongly recommend and to which we hope to return."
