ผผู้เข้าพักI reached hotel very late in the night. Still the reception i received was very warming. My room was ready and i didn’t have to wait to finish my check-in. I had called the reception help desk en route and told them to prepare some dinner for me. When i reached my room, it was served hot and appeared to be freshly prepared. The hospitality was top class. Full marks for cleanliness and refreshing atmosphere.

ผผู้เข้าพักI recently had breakfast at the Holiday Inn in Mayur Vihar, and it was easily the highlight of my morning. The meal was served at Café on 3, which has a lovely, upscale ambiance with peaceful views of the outdoor pool.
The breakfast buffet is incredibly expansive and caters to every palate.
What truly stood out was the hospitality. The staff was attentive without being intrusive; special thanks to the team for their polite and helpful service throughout the meal. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and provided a very relaxing environment to start the day.

Food: breakfast buffet start from 7 am. Please plan your trip carefully. Good food quality and choices
One recommendation to a hotel, the pillow mist and room spray is too much. The perfume smell is too strong which caused me not able to sleep that well. Please reduce it.

ผผู้เข้าพักWe loved our stay at Enrise by Sayaji. A very clean and well maintained property, the staff is very courteous. The service is top notch. The facilities were very good too.
However I would have loved to have more variety in the breakfast spread. The buffet dinner had very few options so it was an average experience for us. But the staff is kind to take suggestions and have assured us that they work on improving.
We liked our stay at Enrise very much.

But they did not reply the pick up service availability by the mail. So I spent non-expected time to find the available vehicle.
Their response need to improve. Except that, It was good hotel.

MMarti_13I have stayed for only one night while passing by Pune for business, therefore I could not experience breakfast and facilities (no time).
Overall, I think the hotel is located conveniently in the city center, room size is average and the toilet has all the amenities you might need for your stay. A good value for money option!
The only downturn for me, has been finding the carpet in the room a bit dirty with some food crumbles from (I guess) previous guests, for the rest the toilet and rest of the room seemed to be decently cleaned. My other colleagues did not experience the same, therefore it must have been a small accident and not their standard.

Bathroom doors in the room dont have locks from outside so they stay open all the time, our bathroom was full of foul smell, cockroach, and bad lighting. Though after we requested they changed our room, the later one was better. But definitely not a 4 star hotel.
