I traveled to Pune for a 5-week academic project and needed more than just a hotel room—I needed a comfortable "home away from home" with a kitchen and living space. After extensive research, the Oakwood Residence was the only place that matched my requirements, and it delivered on every promise. The Apartment: The layout is incredibly well thought out. The living area is spacious with a comfy sofa, ottoman, and a proper workspace. The TV is huge and, unlike many hotels, allows guest access to Netflix and Amazon Prime. The bedroom features a massive King bed with high-quality linens and a second TV. * Traveler Tip: The outlets are universally adaptable. You can plug US devices directly into the wall without needing a specific Indian adapter—a huge convenience! Kitchen & Laundry: For an extended stay, this place is unbeatable. The kitchen is fully stocked (dishes, flatware, microwave, coffee maker, kettle) and features a dishwasher (detergent provided). They supply at least 4 bottles of fresh water daily. A massive perk is the laundry room on every floor—new dryers, free detergent, and very convenient. There is also a nice deck for drying wet clothes or having morning coffee. Service & Staff: The staff truly go above and beyond. When my luggage was lost by the airline, they helped me coordinate and receive the bags. They even surprised me with a cake and a song for my birthday! During December, they hosted a lovely Christmas reception with a sustainable tree (made of egg cartons!) and a gingerbread house, which made being away from home during the holidays much easier. Food: Breakfast is excellent and varies daily. You get delicious standard Indian fare plus made-to-order eggs, waffles, and pancakes. Room service is tasty and very reasonably priced. Location: While the immediate area isn't very walkable due to a lack of sidewalks (common in the city), it is quiet and offers quick access to nice areas like the cafes etc in Karagaon Park. Minor note: The shower takes a minute to warm up, but works great otherwise. I cannot recommend this place enough for anyone needing a comfortable, hassle-free stay in Pune.

I stayed here on a business trip and it was a great experience. The service was good, the food was nice, and everything was clean. The room had a full kitchen, a comfortable bed, and a good shower. The gym was also well equipped. The staff were attentive, especially Ejaj Patel. I stayed in room 404 and everything was very good.

I had such a wonderful experience during my stay! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable — everything was perfectly maintained. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made me feel truly welcome. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-managed place to stay.

The hotel is abiut 20 Minutes from Pune Airport, close to major roads leading through Pune. However, it is tucked away in a small street 100 meters from the main road so you don't hear traffic at all. I stayed in a Business Apartment, which is a good combination of a mid sized appartment and a full serviced Hotel. If you stay for a week or longer, it is ideal for you. You get toom service, room cleaning, there is a good equipped kitchenette with fridge+freezer, hot plate and a microwave. Busines corner for work, living room and a good sized bedroom with comfortable matrac. Breakfast include local and international food. Restaurant is open 7am - 11pm, roomservice is 24h. All in all I enjoyed my stay, unfortunately did not have time for the well equipped gym and pool area. You shops and restaurants within walking distance. Alternatively you can take a tuk tuk. I am looling forward to visit again.
