ประสบการณ์ที่ยอดเยี่ยม อาหารอร่อยและราคาปานกลาง พนักงานเป็นกันเอง แม้ว่าห้องพักและภายนอกของสถานที่ให้บริการจะดีมาก แต่ก็สามารถทําได้ดีกว่าด้วยการทาสีและปัญหาท่อเล็กน้อยที่ได้รับการแก้ไขนอกจากการขจัดคราบจากเบาะกลางแจ้ง อยากจะแนะนําโรงแรมนี้อย่างแน่นอน ทําเลที่ตั้งดีมาก เรายังเช่าเรือยนต์ซึ่งเป็นไฮไลต์ของการเดินทางของเรา อาหารที่จัดไว้นั้นเหมาะสําหรับกษัตริย์เรามีพ่อครัวส่วนตัวของเราและอีกสามคนรอเราอยู่ ต้องทําสําหรับแขกทุกคน

We stayed in the k era chitira (1bhk premium) and i would say it was just about ok. The boat is old and could have been maintained better. We are vegetarian and we found the food served to be better compared to other experience. There are multiple unknowns and it did not turn out that good. 1) there was an extra fee to transfer to a smaller boat to see the village, paddy field etc. 2) they dock the boat back at the same place where they started and not in a nearby village ( when i had enquired, i got an ambiguous response so may be my bad) 3) the room is pretty small and can be claustrophobic to some 4) it was not exactly what we had read on internet and forums. I would not do this again at least not with kera.

The property is good although the road towards the property is not so good. Parking availability at the shore (which is near the resort) is limited and unguarded. The staffs are excellent. They helped pacify our baby and took care of him when we're having dinner without even asking for it. The sunset boat trip was also a nice experience. Food served was decent. The place offers a good stay, some water activities, good food, ayurvedic treatment etc. A 2 day stay is recommended to have full experience.

I had a great experience at the hotel. The interior of the rooms are quite intriguing with antique design and comfortable bed and enough space to play around with kids. Most suitable for family stay. The architecture of the whole place is impressive and all the detailing on the decorations, even the bookshelf, bed, lamps, vase. All of them are so good that i wanted to ask them where they bought all the decoratives from. The pool was pretty clean. But wished there were swim rings for kids as well. And also there isn't any parking space inside the compound but the vehicles can be parked outside where they've made space. Well behaved and friendly staffs there wasn't anything to complain about.

I recently stayed at Time Square Hotel and had a mostly enjoyable experience. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the helpfulness of the staff. They were attentive and went out of their way to ensure my comfort and convenience throughout my stay. The room itself was lovely – clean, spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable, offering a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring the city. It was evident that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Breakfast at the hotel was reasonable, with a decent selection of items that catered to different tastes. While it wasn't the most extensive buffet I've encountered, the quality of the food was good, and it provided a solid start to the day. However, my stay wasn't without its issues. The most persistent problem was the constant cold calls from the hotel's spa. Receiving these calls almost daily became quite bothersome. It's something the hotel management might want to reconsider or at least provide guests with the option to opt out of such communications. Additionally, there was an unfortunate incident with one of the staff members who berated me for not informing them in advance that I would be missing the buffet breakfast on one occasion. This abruptness was surprising and not in line with the otherwise excellent service standard set by the rest of the team. In summary, my stay at Time Square Hotel was delightful on many fronts, with commendable staff, lovely accommodations, and reasonable dining options. However, the spa's marketing tactics and the isolated incident with a staff member did mar the overall experience slightly. I hope the hotel takes this feedback into consideration to ensure an even more pleasant and seamless experience for future guests
