This is a really fine homestay hotel. It’s very new and well-designed. There’s a small pool on the roof that offers a great view of the beach while you cool off. There’s an elevator for those of us who can’t handle stairs as well as we once could. The owner and staff are super friendly. Complimentary breakfast was eaten with other guests and usually the owner. A very family-like atmosphere.

The toilets had some holes in them and we saw some insects. Hope the hotel reads this review.

I had a great experience at the hotel. The interior of the rooms are quite intriguing with antique design and comfortable bed and enough space to play around with kids. Most suitable for family stay. The architecture of the whole place is impressive and all the detailing on the decorations, even the bookshelf, bed, lamps, vase. All of them are so good that i wanted to ask them where they bought all the decoratives from. The pool was pretty clean. But wished there were swim rings for kids as well. And also there isn't any parking space inside the compound but the vehicles can be parked outside where they've made space. Well behaved and friendly staffs there wasn't anything to complain about.

I had the best experience at the warmth lake view resort their exceptional hospitality, elegant rooms, and safe and secure environment were the best parts staff was so humble & polite.

First off, the booking was done for alleppey ride but they sent us kumarakkom location for boarding where there is not a lot of sites to visit. Ride time mentioned by them is 4 hours in the day and 1 hour the next morning but they took us 3 hours and 30 minutes in total. The food served is not the same as what is mentioned in the menu for evening snacks, dinner and breakfast. The on-call service was good. Service boys were polite.
