เป็นเรื่องจริงที่ตอนที่ฉันไป Jogja ฉันสมัครเข้าพักที่ Harper จริงๆ... จนถึงตอนนี้ฉันใช้บัญชีของสามีมาตลอด ล่าสุดฉันใช้บัญชีของฉัน... ซึ่งเห็นได้ชัดว่าน่าพอใจมาก

ห้องพักโดยรวมค่อนข้างใหม่ แต่มีปัญหาสองประการที่ส่งผลกระทบอย่างมากต่อประสบการณ์ อย่างแรกคือหน้าต่างห้องที่เราพักเปิดไม่ได้และห้องอับนิดหน่อย อย่างที่สองคือตำแหน่งของสวิตช์ไฟข้างเตียงไม่สมเหตุสมผลจนต้องลุกจากเตียงเพื่อปิดไฟ

Excellent service given by all staff of hotel. We had an experience where my sister had left her gold ring in the hotel room. They acted immediately when we Whatsapp and hand over the gold ring when we returned back to the hotel. Their services are exceptional very good

Great hotel, staff very friendly and helpful always smiling too. Room was huge very comfortable bed great shower and amazing views from our window

มาพักที่นี่ 3 คืนเพื่อที่จะมาดูเครื่องจักรที่สั่งผลิตไว้ โรงแรมค่อนข้างสะดวกในทุกเรื่อง friendly staff มากๆก็ช่วยเหลือคอยแนะนำ ห้องอาจจะไม่ กว้างมากแต่ก็พอดีสำหรับการใช้ สิ่งที่น่าทึ่งมาก คืออาหารเช้ามีมากมายให้เลือกหลายประเภท ทั้งแบบพื้นที่ และแบบตะวันตก

The restaurant is very good, the Chef is excellent and th personnel are really friendly and helpful. However, maintenance is avarage. I had to move two times from my original rooms： problems with shower, leaking, bathroom not sufficently clean. Then air con problems in the second room. The bathrooms need renovation too. Besides, it is very strange how they only offer you shower towels. It is not higienic to use them for cleaning face especially if you use sun protection or any face skin treatment. I had to ask for face towels, and these were not changed duting my five nights stay. It is really a pity because the employees are very good, polite byt management and necessary investments are not done. I do not recommend if your stay is longer.

The location was good and the staff were responsive. Unfortunately, there was a huge group of guests when we stayed so the restaurant was pretty packed during the breakfast time. We need to wait to get seats.

The hotel was perfectly situated to explore the gems of Yogyakarta, the room was well appointed however it was disappointing to be allocated a room that had little more than a view of a neighbouring building roof, with just a glimpse of the city beyond, that said, the balcony was spacious and many hours writing were enjoyed on the balcony. Breakfast was sufficient but do get there early as many trays where left empty at peak times. I loved the neighbourhood which boasted great cafes and places to eat along side artisan bread shops, jewellers and a magnificent antique store. The hotel staff were exceptional. I would certainly return and highly recommend.

This hotel got everything you are looking for, for a really affordable price! Super friendly staff, nice breakfast, little gym and pool and more. The rooms and reception area are super clean and modern. They showed every World Cup game live on a big LED screen, no matter what time it was. Didn’t use it but they also offer a variety of food and drinks for room service. The location is also top tier, being very close to the main train station, tugu jogja and the famous Malioboro street. I recommend a stay here and will definitely come back the next time I am visiting Jogja!
