We stayed at The Prajan Hotel & Villas for 5 nights in the beautiful Omah Manten Villa, and overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable stay. We only experienced a minor issue with the drainage, which was slightly clogged in a few areas. However, the team solved it very quickly, so it never became a major problem. One small suggestion would be to improve the bathroom floor slope, as some areas are quite flat, causing water to collect instead of flowing naturally toward the drainage. Apart from that, everything was wonderful and our stay was very comfortable. A big thank you to all the staff at The Prajan for their warm and attentive service. A special thank you to our butler, Callvin, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. He arranged everything we needed and even organized a birthday surprise for us, which was absolutely lovely and so much fun! His attention to detail and care really made a difference. We also suprised when the Teacher time he always invited us, chit chat with us event to all the guest and he remember all the name of all the guest who's coming, this is very rare. The management must be proud he working with you. Thank you, The Prajan team, for such a wonderful stay. We will definitely remember our time here fondly!

The hotel’s location is good, and overall the stay was fine. However, the bathroom was a bit dirty, with mold and black spots in the corners. The small fridge also didn’t work(not cooling) and seemed very dirty inside, with noticeable black spots.(We forget to take a picture of it) Breakfast was kinda fine, but dinner at the restaurant was a bit disappointing. We ordered the fried squid dish, but it still had the membrane attached, which made it tough and inedible. Plus point 👉 👉 The staff are all very friendly and helpful!!

ถือว่าคุ้มค่าที่จะแนะนำครับ โรงแรมสะอาด ถูกสุขลักษณะ การบริการดี ทำเลที่ตั้งค่อนข้างดีและบริเวณใกล้เคียงค่อนข้างเจริญ มีแผงลอยริมถนนอยู่ใกล้ๆ ซึ่งให้บริการอาหารเช้าที่ดีมาก ลูกๆ ของฉันบอกว่าที่นี่อร่อยที่สุดในอินโดนีเซียในรอบสิบวัน หลังจากออกจากถนนใหญ่เลี้ยวซ้ายไปประมาณ 100 เมตร ชาวบ้านจำนวนมากมาที่นี่โดยมอเตอร์ไซค์เพื่อแพ็คของ เดิมทีฉันอยากจะกินอีกครั้งตอนเที่ยง แต่ปรากฏว่าร้านเปิดเฉพาะตอนเช้าเท่านั้น

My stay at Hotel FortunaGrande Malioboro Yogyakarta by FOSIA was one of the highlights of my trip to Yogyakarta. The hotel’s biggest advantage is its strategic location. It is within walking distance of Malioboro Street, Malioboro Mall, local restaurants, souvenir shops, and Yogyakarta Train Station, making it extremely convenient for tourists who want to explore the city without relying heavily on transportation. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi connection was stable throughout my stay. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room fresh every day. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing despite being located in one of the busiest areas of Yogyakarta. One of my favorite facilities was the rooftop area and swimming pool. The rooftop offers a beautiful view of the city, especially during sunset. It was the perfect place to unwind after a full day of sightseeing. The hotel also provides a restaurant, spa services, and friendly common areas that make the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of Indonesian and international dishes. Everything was fresh and regularly replenished. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with recommendations about local attractions and transportation. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money thanks to its prime location, comfortable rooms, great facilities, and warm hospitality. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Yogyakarta and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient stay near Malioboro. Excellent service given by all staff of hotel. We had an experience where my sister had left her gold ring in the hotel room. They acted immediately when we Whatsapp and hand over the gold ring when we returned back to the hotel. Their services are exceptional very good

This is amazing hotel for its price. First of all, the room is sufficiently big. The bed is comfy, and you got 4 pillows. Amenities are complete. You even got the premium glass water bottle. The room and hotel style is matching the Keraton style, so you got the Yogyakarta vibe upon staying , and this is very nice. The TV is loaded with Netflix, HBO, Prime, Disney+, and other local channels. Cabinet is surprisingly clean, despite its classic retro style looks. The hotel is right downtown, so it is near to go amywhere. Next to it there is a cafe, so I can get coffee and cake with ease. Plenty food to select on gofood nearby the hotel. It has car park. The hotel doesn’t have so many rooms, so it felt like very private, quiet, and comfortable. The best part is their staffs’ warm welcome and high quality service level. When I book the hotel, I made a mistake regarding the date (I think the app automatically changed to next week if I am booking it next day or something). So I ended up book for the following week. The app said this hotel is non-refundable and cannot adjust the check in time. I contacted the hotel directly and they are EXTREMELY nice and very accommodating. Despite the rules of non changing from the platform, they bypass the system and allow me to change to the date I plan to visit. So far, I only encounter this level of flexibility and assistance only when I was staying in a high end 5-stars hotel. Therefore, big thumbs up for the hotel management! 👍👍👍

Great spot for anyone looking for a balance of price and quality. The room is clean, spacious, and has everything needed for a comfortable stay and remote work. The grounds are well-maintained, the pool is pristine, and the staff is super welcoming. An absolute hidden gem for the price, definitely recommend!

Read reviews and decided to take wife. Great Value, Breakfast was great, lots of Local options for this BULE to try. And enjoyed. Pool is great. Room cleaning everyday. We had a great time...Big Thank you to the Guys out the Front. Brilliant Service. Will be back.. Thank You

นี่จะเป็นรีวิวที่มีประโยชน์มาก ฉันหวังว่ามันจะช่วยคุณได้ โรงแรมแห่งนี้มีข้อบกพร่องอยู่ 2 ประการ ข้อแรกคือเสียงดังมากเพราะมีจุดร้องเพลงชั้นล่างและลำโพงก็ร้องจนดึกทุกวันนี่ไม่ใช่ปัญหากับตัวโรงแรมเอง ,ว่าทางโรงแรมไม่มีน้ำอุ่น. ว่ากันว่าโรงแรมหลายแห่งที่นี่เป็นแบบนี้ ไม่มีน้ำร้อนจริง ๆ ที่สูงพอ ที่เรียกว่าน้ำร้อนจะอุ่นและเย็นเล็กน้อย หากคุณต้องการน้ำร้อนในการอาบน้ำและสระผม ควรระวังเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงอันตราย ในส่วนของความสะดวกอื่นๆ โรงแรมนี้ค่อนข้างดี
