TTentouThe location was convenient as it was close to Champs Élysées and to Madeleine metro station. The interiors of the hotel were fantastic and met with high expectations. The room is properly serviced everyday with refilled large mineral water which solves a lot of problems for me. The staff were very helpful. The only thing is that despite the pamphlet in the room saying the hotel is prepared with EU/USA adapters on request yet they didn’t have a proper one to provide when I asked for it at the counter

AAvelineI thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Artus Hotel and I was lucky to chance upon this hotel during my search. There are so many options and recommendations out there. I'm glad I chose this hotel for my maiden trip to Paris. First, the location. I can walk to the major landmarks like River Seine, Louvre, 'Dorsay museum, Notre Dame, etc. It is located close to St Germaine, so there are many charming streets to roam about and many options for food and supplies. I feel safe wandering around on my own as a solo female traveller. Second, the place is tastefully decorated. I like my room which has windows that overlook the streets as well as the decor. The bed is so comfortable that I slept very well during the three nights I was there. The housekeeping staff also kept the room clean and I like that the hotel embraces environmental practices. The only thing is that the yellow lights in the room can be a bit dim, but the white light used in the bathroom is bright. Third, the staff. I was greeted by a lady when I checked in and she is so understanding, patient and nice with me. I would like to commend her for her great personality and attitude, but I missed getting her name. The other staff I met are equally friendly and nice (two young ladies, one named Li/Yang; and another gentleman). Even if they don't know something, they will look up the information for me. They will also provide me with recommendations. I also must compliment the driver who picked me up from the airport and drove me to the airport (hotel transfers). He is very polite and considerate and he makes me feel at ease when i was travelling in his car. Even the gentleman who helped me with my luggage wore a big smile on his face. Thank you to everyone I've met during my stay and which made my experience a pleasant one. I learned only on my last day that they have another sister hotel a few steps away. One of the staff recognized me and invited me to take a look inside. Again, the place is tastefully done. If I have a chance to be back in Paris, I will check out both Artus Hotel as well as this hotel. I would also like to take this opportunity to make a request to the guests who are going to stay in the hotel - let's make an effort to treat the room as if it is our own. That way, the hotel will stay in a good condition for a longer time and future guests will get to enjoy the stay as much as I did. Thank you :)

It's brilliantly located within walking distances of fabulous bars, restaurants, and main sights of Montmarte. About 450-550 meters within Metro stops of Lamarck and Chateau Rouge. Cleanliness: The room we were in had a bit of a body odour smell on arrival, which was disappointing. Thankfully the windows can be opened so that solved the issue. Comfort: Beds and pillows were comfortable. Service: Good breakfast service. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Good coin laundry service.

ผผู้เข้าพัก酒店房間不多，房間裏也比較小，20寸行李箱放下，需要跨着走，衞生間的門是玻璃移門，正對床頭，夜間不方便影響睡眠。比較好的是提供礦泉水和拖鞋，早餐種類不多，各種麪包，一種水果澇，不知道放了什麼醬汁酸酸的，薰三文魚片個火腿片一個太腥，一個太膩，跟其他酒店不一樣口感，吃不下。炒雞蛋放了奶油，也吃不慣，沒有煎蛋。總體酒店位置很好，各大景點都在周圍，巴黎聖母院走路5分鐘，盧浮宮走路13分鐘。服務很熱情也很耐心，總翻譯器翻譯給我看，給前台點贊👍。但是關於付款，我是選的付款寶用後付款，本身就是信用號才有，結果到店依然需要信用卡付按金，這一點有點不能理解。預訂的其他國家的酒店都沒有需要付按金，早知道直接付款了，退按金説是要半個月，比較麻煩。

ผผู้เข้าพักIn Depth Experience Report of LYF Gambetta Hotel Paris - A Genuine Guest's Pleasant Surprise Introduction: As a frequent traveler who has stayed in numerous hotels across France, choosing the LYF brand this time upon a friend’s recommendation was a completely new experience. As a first time guest of this brand and someone unfamiliar with this particular area of Paris, I documented my stay with an entirely objective perspective, and it turned out to exceed expectations. Facilities: The hotel is brand new, and while there was a faint hint of paint smell in the room (likely due to recent renovations), the overall facilities are thoughtfully designed with a youthful, practical, and distinctive style. My base room was around 20 square meters—already significantly larger than other Parisian accommodations in the same price range. According to the website, the hotel also offers family friendly options with kitchens, loft style rooms, and more. The complimentary bedtime tea was excellent a well known French brand also sold at Lafayette ,perfect for unwinding at night. The coffee provided wasn’t quite to my taste, but it was still decent. The basement level (B1) features a laundry room, entertainment area, gym, co-working space, and meeting rooms, all uniquely designed. Notably, there’s a shared kitchen fully equipped for guests to cook their own meals ,a fantastic amenity! Service: It’s clear that the hotel’s opening team is still in training, and while some staff members appeared slightly inexperienced, their dedication was evident. Every request I made was promptly addressed. One employee, Helana, stood out-when she noticed I seemed unsure in the laundry room one evening, she proactively approached me, asked if everything was alright, and offered a solution. The next day, I observed her energetically assisting other colleagues. When I complimented her, she humbly replied that she genuinely enjoys helping others and even shared useful insights about the hotel’s facilities. Another front desk lady (whose name I regrettably forgot) was consistently warm and smiling, resolving my queries with kindness and even granting me a late checkout. Outstanding service like this truly minimizes travel hassles and adds delightful surprises to the journey. Impressed by LYF’s service, I decided to extend my stay by five more nights for a deeper experience. Safety & Transportation: Some had warned that this district might not be the safest, but my stay proved otherwise. The area is well connected, just a five-minute walk to the metro and feels like a residential neighborhood with an artistic vibe. One night, I returned to the hotel at 3 AM via night bus and walked back without issue, as the streets were still lively with people chatting or on dates. The area is both tranquil and culturally vibrant. Dining: Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants are within easy walking distance, making dining options convenient. Booking Recommendation: Ideal for travelers seeking an ”authentic local living” experience, young families, or digital nomads. The base room offers great value, while longer stays may warrant upgrading to a kitchen equipped unit. Final Thoughts: Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Considering its location, price, safety, facilities, and service, it stands out as the best I’ve experienced in Paris. While not the most luxurious, it’s undoubtedly a unique space that lets you feel the pulse of the city. My stay was so enjoyable that I’ve decided to book another five nights after returning from Nice. I’ll share an update after my second stay!
