Overall we enjoyed our stay. It was a lovely hotel. Unfortunately when we arrived, we found the toilet hadn't been cleaned at all, but we were moved to a new room swiftly and given vouchers for a free drink at the bar each. This was the only main negative. Some little improvements we would have liked; a fridge in our room, also milk and a carafe maybe so we can fill it up with water. The staff were great, very helpful, and we enjoyed the club area downstairs, especially the free coffee, cak and nibbles. We went in there every day. The hotel is a bit far out, but well connected via main roads. We would recommend, though I think next time we'd stay closer to Central Paris.

What a beautiful, beautiful place. Chic, style and care - the level of service we received at SHL was above and beyond any expectations. It was my birthday trip, so they prepared a small gift upon our arrival, and at every moment of our stay we felt we are taken care of. The room was spotless clean, the design of the room and all the areas was astounding, you can feel how's much care went into it. Will I come back? Without doubt

The location is convenient, with the hotel being about a 10-minute walk from the metro station. The area is safe, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are comfortable with a touch of artistic flair.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Artus Hotel and I was lucky to chance upon this hotel during my search. There are so many options and recommendations out there. I'm glad I chose this hotel for my maiden trip to Paris. First, the location. I can walk to the major landmarks like River Seine, Louvre, 'Dorsay museum, Notre Dame, etc. It is located close to St Germaine, so there are many charming streets to roam about and many options for food and supplies. I feel safe wandering around on my own as a solo female traveller. Second, the place is tastefully decorated. I like my room which has windows that overlook the streets as well as the decor. The bed is so comfortable that I slept very well during the three nights I was there. The housekeeping staff also kept the room clean and I like that the hotel embraces environmental practices. The only thing is that the yellow lights in the room can be a bit dim, but the white light used in the bathroom is bright. Third, the staff. I was greeted by a lady when I checked in and she is so understanding, patient and nice with me. I would like to commend her for her great personality and attitude, but I missed getting her name. The other staff I met are equally friendly and nice (two young ladies, one named Li/Yang; and another gentleman). Even if they don't know something, they will look up the information for me. They will also provide me with recommendations. I also must compliment the driver who picked me up from the airport and drove me to the airport (hotel transfers). He is very polite and considerate and he makes me feel at ease when i was travelling in his car. Even the gentleman who helped me with my luggage wore a big smile on his face. Thank you to everyone I've met during my stay and which made my experience a pleasant one. I learned only on my last day that they have another sister hotel a few steps away. One of the staff recognized me and invited me to take a look inside. Again, the place is tastefully done. If I have a chance to be back in Paris, I will check out both Artus Hotel as well as this hotel. I would also like to take this opportunity to make a request to the guests who are going to stay in the hotel - let's make an effort to treat the room as if it is our own. That way, the hotel will stay in a good condition for a longer time and future guests will get to enjoy the stay as much as I did. Thank you :)

Super location, very convenient. Close to Arc de triomphe and Champd Elysee. Safe area in Paris. Subway not too far. Breakfast is simple but it make the job perfectly. We’ve seen different guys at the reception and they were all very nice and friendly. A good choice in Paris

มาถึงตอนเช้าเพื่อเช็คอินก่อน แล้วก็ได้รับอีเมลว่าสามารถเช็คอินก่อนเวลาได้ช่วงบ่าย ทำเลดีมาก ห้องพักมองเห็นหอไอเฟลได้ เดินทางไปสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวรอบๆ ก็สะดวก ด้านหน้าเป็นถนนเล็กๆ ที่เงียบสงบ มีสนามกีฬากว้างใหญ่ด้วย เดินไปอีกไม่กี่นาทีก็ถึงริมแม่น้ำแซนแล้ว แต่ราคาก็ค่อนข้างแพงจริงๆ แถวนั้นมีร้านอาหารอร่อยๆ เยอะแยะเลย แถมยังมีร้านเบเกอรี่กับซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตอีกด้วย

Our stay was truly delightful. The hotel was immaculate, exceptionally comfortable, with an excellent bed and perfectly supportive pillows that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The complimentary tea in the room was a thoughtful touch and of great quality. The only minor point to note concerns the towels — while they were clearly new and of superb quality, they did leave some lint on the skin. Aside from that, everything was impeccable.
