We really enjoyed our stay, great location and Céline was so friendly and kind. The room is very comfortable, relaxing, well laid out and very clean. The breakfasts were wonderful each day and she found some great vegan options for me. The hot tub is a unique addition too. We’d definitely recommend! :)

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทําเลที่ดีในใจกลางเมือง คุณจะอยู่ในระยะที่สามารถเดินไปยังสิ่งที่คุณต้องการ อาหารอร่อยในบริเวณใกล้เคียงและสถานีรถไฟใต้ดิน 2 แห่งก็อยู่ใกล้มากเช่นกัน คุณสามารถไปที่ร้านอาหารของโรงแรมได้ตลอดเวลาเพื่อดื่มกาแฟฟรี ซาวน่าเป็นยิมที่ดี แต่เล็กไปหน่อยและปิดเวลา 22:00 น. เครื่องปรับอากาศไม่ทํางานในระหว่างที่เราพักดังนั้นเราต้องเปิดหน้าต่าง แต่ยุงจํานวนมากเข้ามาในห้องของเราในเวลากลางคืนซึ่งไม่เป็นที่พอใจจริงๆ แผนกต้อนรับไม่สามารถให้ความช่วยเหลือใด ๆ ซึ่งเป็นเรื่องน่าเสียดายมาก เตียงนุ่มไปหน่อยและหมอนไม่ค่อยดีเท่าไหร่ สรุปได้ว่า ทําเลที่ตั้งที่น่าตื่นตาตื่นใจ สะดวกจริง ๆ แต่จุดสําคัญบางอย่างสามารถปรับปรุงได้

Really well located hotel, with lovely art deco features and well chosen furniture. Good, powerful shower and in general very comfortable. The coffee machine in the room was temperamental, although was better behaved after mentioning to the welcome desk. The breakfast was good, although there were few choices for those with food restrictions. There was no decaffeinated coffee available at breakfast so we were advised to get coffee from our bedroom which was a little frustrating. A long walk for a coffee cup with breakfast!

ทําเลที่ตั้งดี แต่สุขอนามัยไม่ค่อยดี มียุงทันทีที่เข้าห้อง และพบว่ามีแมงมุม 😢 การออกแบบห้องน้ําแปลกมาก ไม่มีฉากกั้นอาบน้ําและม่านอาบน้ําที่ไม่แยกส่วนเปียกและเปียก ฉันจองโรงแรมหลายแห่งบนแพลตฟอร์ม trip .com ซึ่งเป็นประสบการณ์ที่แย่ที่สุด นอกจากนี้ แพลตฟอร์มโรงแรมสองแห่งติดต่อกันไม่ได้แจ้งให้โรงแรมเปิดเตียง  หวีตามคําอธิบายการจอง โรงแรมไม่ได้เตรียมไว้เลย โชคดีที่โรงแรมยังเร็วและล่าช้าเพียง 15 นาที ดูเหมือนเป็นเรื่องเล็ก ๆ แต่ประสบการณ์แย่จริงๆ

Helaas klopt de informatie op trip niet helemaal. Volgens de foto's zou er een bad beschikbaar zijn. Dit was helaas niet het geval. Verder had de kamer wel wat achterstallig onderhoud. Zo deed de afzuiging in de badkamer het niet en was de douchekop kapot. Qua service hebben wij na de eerste dag geen schone handdoeken gekregen terwijl de oude gewoon op de grond lagen. Ontbijt is prima, maar niet speciaal. Ligging is echter perfect. Erg dicht bij de binnenstad. Eigenlijk hadden we meer verwacht, ookal was het niet slecht. Geven het zelf een 7.

It is a very nice hotel, but my stay was ruined. The hotel had decided to have a DJ blast music from one of the hotel rooms to celebrate festivities in Lille that weekend. The DJ was blasting music through an open window to the street below at exceptionally high volume levels. My room was above the DJ. The music shook the room, it was impossible for us to stay in the room. It was a lovely room but it wasn't fit for purpose, and should not have been hired out to guests when the hotel had arranged for a DJ to be creating that level of noise below them. I arrived at the hotel after a 15 hour journey, desperate for rest before going out to meet friends in the evening. Rest was simply impossible in the room. As a result my evening out was also ruined. At the very least a hotel needs to provide a quite relaxing room for guests, this wasn't done. I would advise you to consider other options available before considering this hotel.

We were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. There were signs pasted on the door to the toilet and the door to the shower stating that the hotel offered its apologies for the inconvenience! There was a workman's support pole found under the sinks which had to be removed by the technician when we complained. There was not a single hook, clothes stand, towel rack or rail anywhere in the bathroom, toilet or room. The hotel staff explained that they would send a technician a second time to drill hooks in the bathroom, we didn't bother since we were staying only 2 nights and didn't want the dust. The shower glass in the shower stall could not contain water within the stall and the floor became wet after we showered. Location wise the hotel is perfect and the staff were polite. Breakfast was a mix of hot cooked food and the usual cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruits and juices. The breakfast room changes to a bar at night which serves affordable and nice cocktails.
