"Le Check-in était rapide, la chambre était propre et les toilettes aussi. On était entre amis mais pas dans la même chambre, du coup, on a demandé au personnel de nous trouver une solution et malgré que y avait plein de monde, il a pu faire le nécessaire."

"Really well located hotel, with lovely art deco features and well chosen furniture. Good, powerful shower and in general very comfortable. The coffee machine in the room was temperamental, although was better behaved after mentioning to the welcome desk. The breakfast was good, although there were few choices for those with food restrictions. There was no decaffeinated coffee available at breakfast so we were advised to get coffee from our bedroom which was a little frustrating. A long walk for a coffee cup with breakfast!"

ผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อSpacious room, sufficient for two colleagues. Thoughtful amenities, provided additional pillow options, as well as turndown service. Good strong coffee with Nespresso machine. WiFi wa rather intermittent, kept getting disconnected during zoom online meeting but otherwise able to do emails. Short walk to conference venue (Lille Grand Palais). Limited food options nearby, often walked to Lille Flandres side or Town Centre for meals. Service was very responsive, some housekeeping staff were able to speak English. Nice touch at the end with door chocolates upon checkout. Overall a good experience.

Xin&Coโรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทําเลที่ดีในใจกลางเมือง คุณจะอยู่ในระยะที่สามารถเดินไปยังสิ่งที่คุณต้องการ อาหารอร่อยในบริเวณใกล้เคียงและสถานีรถไฟใต้ดิน 2 แห่งก็อยู่ใกล้มากเช่นกัน คุณสามารถไปที่ร้านอาหารของโรงแรมได้ตลอดเวลาเพื่อดื่มกาแฟฟรี
ซาวน่าเป็นยิมที่ดี แต่เล็กไปหน่อยและปิดเวลา 22:00 น.
เครื่องปรับอากาศไม่ทํางานในระหว่างที่เราพักดังนั้นเราต้องเปิดหน้าต่าง แต่ยุงจํานวนมากเข้ามาในห้องของเราในเวลากลางคืนซึ่งไม่เป็นที่พอใจจริงๆ แผนกต้อนรับไม่สามารถให้ความช่วยเหลือใด ๆ ซึ่งเป็นเรื่องน่าเสียดายมาก
เตียงนุ่มไปหน่อยและหมอนไม่ค่อยดีเท่าไหร่

YunyouzhuThe hotel' is really conveniently located, right next to Lille Europe Station. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the buffet breakfast was great - really diverse and delicious. The only downside is that there are bars downstairs and nearby, which probably stay open until midnight. Other than that, everything else was excellent

Atiqullah Raffii love this hostel, its a real one. with large space of kitchen, resting area. clean room / toilet and everything. near to metro. the staff also very kind and helpful. i will book this place again. near to groceries store. just next to this hostel and 5 min walks to metro… greattttt

We were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. There were signs pasted on the door to the toilet and the door to the shower stating that the hotel offered its apologies for the inconvenience! There was a workman's support pole found under the sinks which had to be removed by the technician when we complained. There was not a single hook, clothes stand, towel rack or rail anywhere in the bathroom, toilet or room. The hotel staff explained that they would send a technician a second time to drill hooks in the bathroom, we didn't bother since we were staying only 2 nights and didn't want the dust. The shower glass in the shower stall could not contain water within the stall and the floor became wet after we showered.
Location wise the hotel is perfect and the staff were polite. Breakfast was a mix of hot cooked food and the usual cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruits and juices. The breakfast room changes to a bar at night which serves affordable and nice cocktails.

This was the second time i booked the hotel. The first time was lovely staying. However , this time is terrible.
You can't believe when you enter the room that box tissue and lady bags were running out. And I requested a sofa bed for my son. But they gave me the baby cot.
Luckily, the staff came and took away the cot and open the sofa bed for me. But I needed to make the bed and put the blanket cover for myself.i thought i was working in the hotel.
Obviously , the room was cleaned roughly. Hotel needs to ensure the staffs to clean every room seriously and make sure to refill enough tissue in the room. You can have a look at the photos. the telephone. Super ..dirty with yellowish tea stain... and the toilet... thousands years limescale sticking on the toilet bowl. Sigh...
The air con was super weak. Pls fix it. We slept with sweat for the whole night.
When we opened the sofa bed, we found the lice jumped out. All legs and feet felt itchy immediately.
Pls make a timetable to steam the furniture and do pest control.

Joe the world citizenThe hotel is located across from the train station Lille Flandres. The receptionist is located in the bar. Pressing the bell on the side door is useless. The room number does not include the floor number, so be sure to ask the receptionist. I could not find the flush button for the toilet at the beginning. It is located on the side of the toilet. There are many electrical cords under the toilet, which is weird. Overall it was what I paid for: a cheap hotel to catch my train in the morning.
