Having stayed here multiple times over the years, I can confidently say that it offers a perfect blend of understated luxury, Mediterranean charm, and tranquility. The location is simply unbeatable—perched right on the coastline, with stunning views of the turquoise waters of the Bay of Palma. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea is something I look forward to every time I visit. The hotel’s lush gardens, with their towering palm trees and cozy lounge areas, create an atmosphere of total relaxation. The rooms are elegantly designed in a classic Mediterranean style, with whitewashed walls, wooden accents, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Many of them come with private terraces, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. While the décor is timeless, the hotel has managed to maintain a fresh and well-kept feel over the years. One of the highlights of every stay is dining at Las Terrazas de Bendinat, the hotel’s restaurant. Sitting right by the sea, it offers some of the best seafood dishes on the island. Their paella and grilled fish are a must-try, and the service is always warm and attentive. There’s nothing quite like enjoying a long, leisurely lunch with a view of the shimmering water. Wow, where to begin. My husband and I brought our 3 year old to Mallorca after moving half way across the world. It was our first break from craziness in a year, and we were lured by the direct flight from our city to visit Mallorca for a week after Christmas.  I found the Elba Sunset after doing a bit of research on where to stay on the island. First, and most importantly, I want to say an immeasurable thank you to the entire staff of the Elba. When I say, I could not have imagined how relaxing, joyful, kind, thoughtful, and generous the staff of this establishment could be, I mean it. They are all truly, truly amazing. (Apologies in advance if names are spelled incorrectly!).I specifically want to thank Marta, Elise, Adrian, Christiane, Henry, Paula, Pedro, the whole cleaning staff, and truly every person I encountered there, for making this vacation, one we really desperately needed, so wonderful. Our son Hugo was embraced and coddled by everyone he met, and was completely accepted and showered with love wherever we went in the hotel. Speaking of the hotel. We were there in the off season, and I cannot recommend it enough. The stunning location, the sun, the bright spacious room with a beautiful sea view, the pool (albeit freezing...not that my husband and son cared!), the spa, and the restaurant overlooking the water. 100 out of 10 for the people who make the Elba Sunset the magical place that it is. Great hotel, good location, short walk to beach with lots of restaurants, bars and shopping areas. Near boat rentals and white sandy beach.

Die Fotos vom Hotel versprechen mehr als die Realität, das Zimmer war sehr klein und es war sehr laut, eben zur Hauptstraße hinaus, auch der Fußboden hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen, der Laminatboden war kaputt. Das Frühstück war o.k., der Service sehr freundlich. Ich würde jedenfalls dort nicht noch einmal hinfahren, auch wenn der Strand wunderschön ist, da gibt es sicher bessere Hotels zu dem Preis.

A lovely place - the bus from Palma departs close by. The swimming pools were great, only issue I had was that they have no water refill stations so they make you purchase water which I didnt like. Food was super - huge buffets and they sorted out a sándwich for me when I left early.

My breakfast was included during my stays and as I told them to pack my breakfast because I leave early morning before their breakfast time starts. They promised me they will give us Sandwiches and other related items whereas they give us some unhealthy and bad condition cookies and wafers. I didn't even check because I trust them. But when I saw this, I was shocked and called the hotel number and they replied they didn't know anything about this. How funny!! I was really disappointed.

Honestly, we were very excited before arriving at this hotel, but after checking in, we found that the facilities were not what we had expected. The entertainment options were very limited. Apart from the children’s water slides and having a drink at the bar in the evening, there was very little else to do. We booked the All Inclusive package, but unfortunately the food quality was quite average. Many dishes lacked flavour and were rather bland. Although the food looked appealing and well presented at first glance, the actual taste was very disappointing. Most dishes were flavourless and lacked proper seasoning. The cooking quality was poor, and many items seemed badly prepared. For example, the French fries and hash browns were consistently soggy and soft rather than crispy, making them unpleasant to eat. The food may look good on display, but unfortunately it did not match the taste or quality we expected from an All Inclusive hotel. What disappointed us most was the restaurant service. During a meal of approximately one hour, not a single staff member came to clear our plates. We constantly had to rearrange our table ourselves in order to make space for the next course. The children’s pool area is also misleading. The pool with the slides is extremely shallow and not suitable for adults who want to swim. To use another swimming pool, guests are required to pay an additional €30. As a result, our family could not really enjoy the pool facilities together, as only the children could use the slides while the adults had nowhere suitable to swim. The reception service was also disappointing. In particular, one staff member named Andrew (or a similar name) never once smiled or appeared welcoming during our three-day stay. We passed through reception many times and asked for information on several occasions, yet he always seemed unfriendly and uninterested. This significantly affected our overall impression of the hotel. On a positive note, the room cleanliness was acceptable. However, we were surprised that no proper duvet or blanket was provided. Even though we travelled in June, the nights were still quite cool, and it was difficult to sleep comfortably with only a thin bedsheet. A proper blanket should be a basic amenity for guests. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price paid for an All Inclusive stay. There is certainly room for improvement in the food quality, restaurant service, facilities, and customer service.

เราพักในห้องสุพีเรียร์สําหรับสามคน วิวสวยมาก ทั้งโรงแรมสะอาดและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย และพนักงานก็เป็นกันเองสุด ๆ และเรารู้สึกยินดีเป็นอย่างยิ่ง! สระว่ายน้ําหลักน่ารักมาก สิ่งเดียวที่ฉันอยากจะพูดคือฉันเห็นกฎของสระว่ายน้ําว่าคุณไม่สามารถจองเตียงอาบแดดได้ แต่หลายคนทิ้งผ้าเช็ดตัวไว้ตลอดทั้งวันและคุณไม่เคยเห็นมันจนถึงบ่ายโมงซึ่งไม่ยุติธรรมสําหรับทุกคน ไม่มีอะไรขัดกับโรงแรมเลย แต่ถ้าอยากได้เตียงอาบแดดต้องจองตอนเช้า!
