VV GorWe had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The facilities are excellent, especially the swimming pool and sauna, and the hotel provided thoughtful arrangements for our honeymoon, which we greatly appreciated. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay.
My only suggestion would be to extend the opening hours of the sauna and gym, as this would give guests more time to enjoy the facilities. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would be happy to stay here again in the future.

ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อWe hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Purobeach. Het is een zeer luxe en hygiënisch resort met een goed en divers ontbijt. Het zwembad lag er mooi bij en de bedjes waren ideaal aangezien de zon de hele dag op het resort staat.
Het enige wat ontbrak was duidelijke informatie die gemakkelijk te vinden zou moeten zijn op de website over de verschillende voorzieningen, en eventuele prijzen daarvan.

ผผู้เข้าพักI arrived at hotel on8/9/25 for a 7 night stay it looked good on advert but don't recall ever seeing it . I used to go to Santa Ponsa very very regular but been some years since there .
Its location for a start is just superb . You're walkable to everything . Beach is a bout 200 yards away .
Anyway nice walkway up to door and lovely reception area showing also lovely large dining area to right and again lovely large bar lounge area to left . Young lady at reception warm and welcoming and patient with me ( I have a little voice disability) .
My room was on first floor so apart from taking my suitcase up I never bothered using the two lifts during stay .
My room had two single bed together both good dimensions excellent toilet and shower room to all this and hotel itself lovely and clean . My room did not have sea view but the majority do .
Believe me I had a good wee time on that wee holiday and the hotel made it . Thank you .

FFreddie Atchisonเช็คอินง่าย ทําเลที่ตั้งที่สมบูรณ์แบบ วิวสวยจากห้องหันหน้าไปทางทะเล ใกล้กับ Magalluf ***** แต่ยังสามารถเดินไปยังบาร์และร้านอาหารของ Palmanova ภูเขาสูงชันด้านหน้าโรงแรม แต่สามารถจัดการได้หากเคลื่อนที่ อาหารและเครื่องดื่มของโรงแรมมีคุณภาพดีและราคาสมเหตุสมผล พนักงานทุกคนเป็นมิตรและช่วยเหลือดีมากโดยเฉพาะผู้จัดการ Ian ที่ให้พูดคุยกับผู้อยู่อาศัยทุกคนในระหว่างวันรอบ ๆ สระว่ายน้ํา ดีเจประจําถิ่นเล่นเพลงเย็น ๆ ริมสระน้ําทั้งวัน ฉันจะแนะนําโรงแรมนี้ให้กับผู้ใหญ่ทุกวัยอย่างแน่นอนและจะกลับมาอีกในเร็ว ๆ นี้ ขอบคุณค่ะ.

KK123The location is good and the breakfast are wonderful, but reception with long hair the lady is very nice except the one who on duty on 29/6 evening and night time the lady with short one length she is very cool and stern , no smiling and no warm welcome.

ผผู้เข้าพักI had requested a few things and I got absolutely everything I wanted and even more than what I expected, I was on floor 5 and some may say it’s loud but I genuinely don’t think it was the doors block out all the music that goes on the rooftop pool. So I absolutely loved this floor for my room. I was a solo girl traveller and I felt super safe, all the staff are so polite even the life guard who helped me take a few pictures. The housekeeping was very polite always stocked up the fridge with water and juice also keeping the room so clean I’ve never seen such clean hotel. I honestly could not fault anything about the hotel it was just such an amazing experience and I will definitely be only going there for my future trips.

SSam_AleeMy breakfast was included during my stays and as I told them to pack my breakfast because I leave early morning before their breakfast time starts. They promised me they will give us Sandwiches and other related items whereas they give us some unhealthy and bad condition cookies and wafers. I didn't even check because I trust them. But when I saw this, I was shocked and called the hotel number and they replied they didn't know anything about this. How funny!! I was really disappointed.
