Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt, alle waren super nett, vom Hausmeister über das Servicepersonal und Rezeption. Vom Hauptbahnhof waren es ca 5-8 min zu laufen, leicht zu finden. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, es wurde immer wieder nachgelegt, auch kurz vor Schluss. Der Hotel Hund Flora hatte den besten Job :-) Zimmer sehr schön und sauber!!!  Schöner Innenhof und leckere Gins an der Bar. Ab sofort ist das unser Lieblingshotel in Dortmund. Wir können es sehr empfehlen.

Location is just opposite the train station but the position of hotel is rather awkward. Surrounding can be rowdy due to crowd around the hotel. Not suitable for those who prefer quieter environment. Room is very hot n stuffy despite opening the window

We came from Ireland to Germany and stayed at NH Hotel Dortmund. During our stay, Caroline stood out as the most professional member of staff. Having visited many countries and stayed in numerous hotels, we can confidently say that her level of professionalism is exceptional. She speaks both English and German fluently and consistently delivers a high standard of service with great attention to detail. We strongly believe that Caroline truly deserves to be in a managerial or assistant managerial position, and we highly recommend dealing with her for any service.

Excellent located if you want to visit University / Technologiepark. Well equipped room. Wall behind bed very dusty, dirty wall in bathroom. Early breakfeast from 6:30 available, but no coffee since staff forgot cleaning coffee machine.....

Everything was great except the fact that you are supposed to tell 2 days ahead of your arrival that you will check-in. That's unusual when you booked your hotel in advance. Eventually I could reach them a day before my arrival and it was no problem to check-in ahead of time for an ”early-check in” fee.

整體還可以，服務人員還是蠻熱情的，但是總會住宿感受一般，下次我基本不會考慮在這裏住。性價比也很差，早餐還有晚餐都很貴。 1） 首先吐槽房間設施很簡陋，古舊，傢俱也很簡單，淋浴條件很差，房間很小，住的很壓抑 2） 酒店沒有電梯，很古老的樓梯，兩個大箱子搬的我懷疑人生。 地毯很臟，樓道內還需要手動去開燈，感受很落後 3）地理位置也很偏遠，在一堆居民區裏面，我需要步行出去才能找到超市 餐館 4）性價比差。一份早餐19.5歐元， 晚餐 我們4個人花了193歐元，關鍵這個酒店地處一個小鎮，不應該如此昂貴。 值得表揚的地方就是客服熱情，特別是小姑娘做事麻利。餐廳裝修的很有特色，木質結構的裝修，燈飾搭配，鮮花點綴，夜晚的蘭霍夫酒店很出片。
