ผผู้เข้าพักIt is clear that the experience went pretty well. The staff was very quick and efficient with their tasks, and they got us checked in quickly. Afterwards, we found our rooms to be rather hygienic and well-kept, although the Sofa-Bed we bought was rather small. However, we did cook some food, which got filled with smoke, so we did trigger the smoke alarm. Even then, the fire management crew arrived quickly to shut off the alarm and open the windows to remove the smoke. This really just proves how effective the sensors are and how efficient the staff were. In terms of facilities, the gym room was really nice, with all sorts of machines and weights and mats. Also, the Breakfast was really good. they had a variety of vegetarian and vegan options, such as Soy Milk alternatives. Finally, the location was very good, it was near safe parking in a cheap, locked parking lot, only EURO14 per 24 hrs, as well as some tourist attractions like bustling streets and a football museum and merchandise shops nearby. Overall, given the location and services and facilities provided, this is definitely a value for money hotel and a reliable place to stay. 10/10.

SSylvester CHotel is in good location near to train station and shopping area. We had a triple room which is clean. However washroom ventilation fan not working also air conditioner not working, we told hotel but no technician fixing it. Hotel reception Miss Victoria was nice and offer us free breakfast as compensation. It would be good if there is kettle in the room form boiling water.

RRob KruijerPerfect location to visit the Christmas Market. Online check in possibility is convenient but only if the machine to give out the key card works properly. We had to go to the receptionist after errors on the screen so it did not save us time. There was no water cooker in the room but this was solved by the reception. Be careful though when pouring it tends to leak heavily and I got boiling water on my leg. In the room above us were children running around and screaming which made the experience less enjoyable but this is not something the hotel can be held responsible for and is lack of supervision by the parents.

ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อWe had a wonderful trip. The hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were very kind and friendly! On the last day, I was very sick, and the receptionist gave me fresh lemon and mint to make this tea with honey. That really helped a lot. Ich bin Ihnen dafür sehr dankbar!

ผผู้เข้าพักAls erstes möchte ich die Freundlichkeit im ganzen Haus loben. Das war wirklich toll. Das Zimmer war auch in Ordnung. Da wir ein Zimmer mit Hund hatten war die Lage des Zimmers nicht so angenehm. Verständlich und gut, dass man mit einem Hund im Erdgeschoss, ohne Teppichboden untergebracht ist. Jedoch geht genau vor den Fenstern der Fußweg vorbei. Die Fenster kann man nicht kippen nur seitlich öffnen. Und so ist es aus zweierlei Gründen nicht möglich über Nacht ein Fenster geöffnet zu lassen. Dadurch war es sehr warm im Zimmer. Die Kopfkissen sind so fest und prall gestopft, so dass man eine Genickstarre beim Schlafen bekommt. Wir haben uns dann von Freunden Kissen ausgeliehen. Obwohl wir aus letzter Gründen nicht mehr dieses Hotel besuchen werden können wir es für Gäste ohne Hund sicherlich empfehlen.

ผผู้เข้าพักWhile checking out this morning the manager at the hotel said the credit card Trip.com provided kept getting declined, so we were forced to pay twice. While I understand there was an issue with the trip.com payment, this should be handled by the hotel and the booking service. Or they should have alerted me earlier during my stay and not while I was about to check out with a travel connection that was close to being missed. Instead of public transport I had to spend 25 euro on a taxi to get to the train station.

KKandeyClose to the main station about 7 minutes walk. Secure at night and sometimes offer late check outs when it’s not too busy for those with very late flights which is one of the main reasons why I keep going back. A bit out dated on the decor but it’s ok for the price.

RRravlThe location is vrty close to the main train station. The room is very clean. Even though there is not a shower in the room, the shared shower room is very clean and easy to use. The only draw back is it is a bit hot after an afternoon of.sunshine. There is no aircon. I open the window and door for half an hour then it is ok.
