We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this homestay. The atmosphere is calm and stylish, making us feel relaxed immediately. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the custom-made bed was exceptionally comfortable. The service was excellent from start to finish. Communication was easy, and the arranged airport transfers added great convenience and value. Its location is a plus, being just a quick less than 15 minute drive from Jingdezhen High-Speed Rail Station. Upon arrival, friendly staff helped with our luggage, gave us a tour, and explained the breakfast arrangements. We had a delightful chat with the owner, who clearly puts thoughtful details into the experience, inspired by his own travels. The breakfast was both generous and delicious. Overall, this is a comfortable, well-run, and welcoming hidden gem that we highly recommend.

On the first night of our two-night stay, I had to complain about a severe noise disturbance—specifically, the train horning at 3:00 AM and the cars horning in the early morning traffic, which severely impacted my sleep. They attended to my complaint immediately. They changed my room for the second night, transferring our bags to the new room fuss-free. As a sincere apology for the inconvenience caused, they even gifted us a lovely tea set. I would however advise for those light sleepers please request for room that wouldn’t be affected by the traffic noises. Furthermore, the staff attending to the laundry services were exceptionally helpful. We simply needed to load our clothes into the washer, and voilà—they transferred them to the dryers, folded the laundry neatly, and sent it directly to our room! The staff here are truly well-trained and clearly take pride in providing these outstanding, extra services for their guests.

This hotel is amazing! We've been to many luxury hotels in Japan and in the U.S., yet this hotel still amazes us with their top-of-the-notch quality of service and the amount of free stuff they are giving! You get two 128¥ meal slips per person per night, which can cover breakfast, lunch, or dinner (the restaurant changes menu btw). The food is extremely cheap, fresh, and delicious at their restaurant. We were able to get a full table of stomach-packing local delicacies with just 2~3 slips. We didn't spend a single extra penny for the two nights we spent. Besides that, you also get free drinks, free fruits, and butt load of free snacks in your room. Not to mention the huge discounts on their bar/coffee shops. Speaking of service quality, they have 24/7 staff on call on WeChat. If you have any problem or need, just message them! They respond immediately and deliver to your room within 3 minutes. They also have a cart that can take you to anywhere within the resort. The two staff members, 小旭 and 小谭, responded to our requests positively and proactively. For example, one of our members was on her period, and the hotel immediately sent us a pack of free pads, heating pads, and hot tea. This level of care is extremely rare. Anyways, 100/10 experience!

Nicely done modern hotel in the edge of the current Taoyangli history/culture zone. Rooms were good though our balcony overlooked an area that was still being redeveloped for the tourism area. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Good location to get directly into the current tourism zone area. One point to note. The free parking at the hotel is an 800m walk through the tourism zone to the East gate. The staff got our car to the door to unload, then came with me to show me how to access the car park. The area outside the hotel is still being worked on so note some building work. This didn’t affect our stay.

Excellent place to stay on the edge of the Taoyang historic area. You can even get in through the back door. Great to explore at night. Beautifully restored building with a modern but antique feel. Very comfortable. Great breakfast with lots of choice.

This hotel is in a great spot, right next to the Taoyangli historical cultural park which is lovely to walk around and visit their museum. It’s also an easy didi ride from the airport and other major sights to see in Jingdezhen. The hotel itself is in a historical building so it is a little bit cold in the bedroom, mainly the floor is very cold so wear the slippers provided and turn the heat up as much as you can. The room fittings are modern and very nice. We had a lovely view from our room over the historical park. The breakfast is really excellent and all the staff are very friendly and helpful.

As there was a bit of language barrier, so maybe the check in process felt a bit lacking and cold (I just realized my booking had some porcelain afternoon tea gathering and ice cream but it was not shared during check in). However, the use of WeChat to communicate other matters was helpful and it was quite efficient. I had laundry service request and my clothes were returned quickly within 24 hours. The breakfast staff were friendly and kind. I also appreciate the room upgrade. The only unfortunate things are there is no fridge in the room, and there were issues with the TV and remote control - I am very thankful for the staff (a young lady) to come up twice to try to help but it seems there is no free channel on the TV. The same staff was also very sweet to efficiently offer umbrella when I wanted to go out but it was raining. Overall, it was a decent stay, and very kind for the hotel to have a check out goodie bag, thank you.
